Was discussing a job with their customer services and was told that what I wanted to do was not possible, instead gave me a couple of other options.

When I asked for a quote regarding the 2 options put forward to me, I've then been ignored, even after a chase up.

If this is the customer service BEFORE the job, I wonder what it would be like if there was an issue afterwards.

Very poor service

Booked as I couldn’t get appointment with my regular plumbing service. Turned up as planned however no feedback on the day or afterwards just an invoice for £100 for an hours work and issue not fixed and no feedback on what is needed to fix. Also left the bathroom without replacing some of the bath panels removed for investigation.

Appalling service and complete waste of money.

Used several times before - not the cheapest, but a reliable professional service that get the job done

Eugene the plumber is excellent, have used this firm 4-5 times since moving to a new house (with plumbing issues) every time he has been so helpful and fixed the issue at hand.

I am very disappointed at their service. Our plumbing problem was not fixed properly. The subcontracted plumber (a handyman) came around and disappeared to get a part. He came back later and supposedly fixed the problem. Unfortunately he did not fixed it properly - there is some strange noise and water not coming out of our taps now. He did the job on a Friday and the problem occurred on a Saturday. I rang Myplumber.com on Saturday morning and got through to a call centre of some sort which just told me that someone will call me back on Monday. This is very poor as we will have to put up with the problem over the weekend, I would have expected them to provide some emergency service to repair the problem urgently. Really disappointed. Beware, they are now using subcontracted handyman for plumbing service. I suspect this is all part of saving costs at the customer's expense and inconvenience. And be aware of their no service during the weekend - you will be left stranded with the problem.

Had some trouble scheduling but issue has been rectified and the company is responsive with all requested quotes provided.

The carpenter that My Plumber sent round was quick, efficient and professional. His work was done beautifully and with care, treating my home with respect and clearing up after the work was completed.

Service from the office was exemplary, while Eugene was great, getting my kitchen sink draining again and also tidying up the under-sink pipe work to ensure better flows in the future. Very happy.

Excellent. We had a 15-yr-old conventional boiler heating system updated from gravity-fed to the now required fully pumped. Mark and Jake always on time, hard working, good contact with team managers, job well done. Await one followup snagging visit after the 5-day upheaval -- big job! Good price, nearly £2K less than A Major Name, with a longer guarantee too. Could just wish that My Plumber's payment admin more clearly communicated. We have used My Plumber for lots of smaller work (taps, washing machine etc) and they are very reliable and totally satisfactory.
