Repairs carried out well and quickly. I have used this company twice before and I have always been satisfied with their work.

I've used My Plumber for at least 8 years. Every one of their staff is a very experienced plumber. The jobs are always done well and any potential problem explained.

Showed up on time. Did the job. A bit on the costly side...

Replaced my ancient boiler with a nice shiny new one and power flushed the system and installed a Hive thermostat. It's always a worry when you have to spend a lot of money for a boiler but it was great service all round and very competitively priced, would use again.

Really impressed - rang in to discuss a leaky boiler issue and they took the time to really discuss all my options and what the problem could be rather than just try and send someone out straight away. I felt valued and that my custom is important to them. Would highly recommend. Thank you

Previous butchered wet shower job done by someone else had to be redone because of a consistent leak. What an annoying project for anyone. The tile specialist took it on with time and costs in mind. Did an excellent job fixing, was well informed about the different options to approach the project and was very easy to work with!

Work was fast and efficient in fixing multiple problems with our toilets in the office. Trustworthy, experienced handymen. All in all great service when we were pretty desperate!

We used My Plumber to replace 12 pairs of taps in our Museum washrooms. They came as arranged and quoted for the job, then a week later came and did the work on schedule. the plumber was an experienced professional and we were very happy with the end result.
The cost was considerably cheaper than the normal plumber we use, and was far more reliable in terms of arriving when scheduled.

Although I didn't eventually use any of their technical services, the sales manager Behjet Abdulla was extremely professional and efficient in dealing with my complicated plumbing problem.

Problem with a constantly flushing lavatory was speedily fixed, with excellent service both by the plumber and by Head Office. I would recommend this company very highly.

I booked a plumber to install 2 x integrated dishwashers at a commercial premises. At the time of booking I relayed to their sales manager that this was a critical installation and was prepared to book two engineers to ensure that the installation was completed in a timely manner, but was reassured that this would not be necessary.
As the plumber was scheduled to arrive I received a phone call advising that he had taken ill and was no longer able to attend. After several phone calls and much uncertainty it was agreed that an emergency plumber would be coming out to see me.
The engineer was very courteous and professional, but as he arrived so late in the day, there was just about enough time to connect the machines. The plumber also mentioned he did not feel confident in reattaching the doors, so we agreed that he would do what he could in the time allowed. The following day I had to make alternative arrangements to have the doors fitted by an secondary provider.
My final bill came to £154.50 for 1.5 hours work for which I would have expected a completed installation and a lot less wasted time and uncertainty.

When we contacted Behjet Abdulla of MyPlumber with various jobs (small and fiddly and more substantial ones) that we needed sorting, he was very helpful and responded brilliantly to our priorities. He arranged for a plumber, Eugene Ryan, to come the next day and has explained his plans to address the rest of our list. Eugene called ahead to check it was ok to arrive early and he quickly got the jobs underway. He explained clearly everything that needed doing and kept us informed throughout, which we really appreciated and has left us with everything working while other parts are ordered. We're very pleased and looking forward to working through our list! Thanks very much.

Behjet Abdulla could not have been more helpful when arranging for one of his colleagues to do various handyman repair jobs at my daughter's rented-out flat. The handyman turned up on time on the day arranged (23/6/15) & dealt with all the points the incoming tenants had highlighted - thanks very much.

Jamie, MyHandyman, visited 3 times (2 x 1day + 1 x 1hr) recently. Jobs well done, well planned, asked timely and good clarifying questions, trustworthy, friendly, productive. Great service addition for MyPlumber fo people like me - reasonably useless at quality DIY and time-poor.
