Prompt and efficient plumber sorted out leak. special shout for the brisk friendly lady who manages tasking and payments

I trust My Plumber to do a great job and fix issues quickly. I use them again and again as they just get things done efficiently without fuss.

Charged me a lot and didn't fix the issue. Very poor service I would not use them again

We use My Plumber regularly because although they are not the cheapest, their work is high quality and they are nice people to deal with.

My Plumber I stalled our new bathroom and two occasions we has reason to ask them to carry out some minor work associated with the install. In both cases they turned up completed the work satisfactorily and for no charge.

On another occasion they repaired a leaky tap which in turn caused a subsequent leak which they returned and repaired at no additional charge.

Friendly, reliable, tidy and multi skilled.

Did not have any confidence in the plumber who came.
They said they would return with some replacement parts but never did, in spite of us chasing them.
Found an excellent alternative plumber (Dripfix) that we would highly recommend.

Great service, came in afternoon after a morning call, identified and fixed the leak within an hour. I would use them again.

I have used My Plumber / Handyman several time and found them to be prompt and their work very good. Would use again and happy to recommend them.

I didn't even get to the point of having a plumber come to fix the problem as the lady on the help desk was so unhelpful and had no customer service skills whatsoever. She spoke to me like I was stupid when I said I was unsure as to what the problem was (if I knew what the problem was then I wouldn't need someone to take a look) and was rude. I called another plumber in the end.

Finding reliable plumber services in London is a real lottery. These guys are efficient, fast and courteous.

Not only was the work done quickly, correctly and courteously, I would say everyone went out of their way to go the extra mile by, for example, patiently explaining their work and progress and how my new Megaflo works. The job was neatly done and my hot water and central heating are working better than ever thanks to the new cylinder, expansion vessel and pumps.

Excellent – no reservations, I would recommend this company, and particularly the plumber Paul, to anyone.
