Very effective, pretty easy to set up, wide range of countries.
Support staff, where needed, very supportive and quick.

I have been a customer of MPN since 2009 and I can recommend this company without hesitation. The service is without fault and the support services respond to any query or problem with virtually no waiting time.

Great service, never lets me down, helpful support team, respond to questions very quickly and always solve any problems I have (my problems, not MPN), straight away. Good pricing, highly recommended.

Had problem with failure to connect to VPN service after changes I made to installation. Support requested at 4.00 am. Within a few hours a simple, comprehensive response received. Problem then resolved within 2 minutes. Fastest support and resolution I have experienced. Excellent.

I've already given this company 5 stars for its service on my ancient MacBook, but now have to add another 5 stars for the Android app and widget, which I've installed on my phone and tablet. Downloaded, installed, logged in, pressed Connect, and that was it - connected. First class!

I have used MyVPN for several years in several countries on all types of OS platforms and found the system to be extremely stable in all situations.
The "after sales" and support is the best I've had from an IT supplier, it could not be better.
MyVPN website is clear, extremely user friendly and the costs of the service is lower than it's competitors, a very cost effective and efficient service, I will continue to use MyVPN as my VPN service provider and would recommend MyVPN to everyone requiring a VPN connection whether for short term or long term use.
