Had a problem in a remote anchorage. Fixed in no time.

I have had nothing but excelent things to say of the wonderful team that help out the rather incompentent computer user that I am. Polite, kind, trustworthy, patient and extraordinarily competent, they make my venturing out on MPN a delightful experience as I know I can fall (back) on this safety net.

If only every company had such customer service! Though my card had expired, I was immediately reconnected with their service - this happened once before at Christmas, and although my new bank card hadn't arrived in the post, I was connected over the holiday so we didn't have to miss the Christmas programmes. AMAZING SERVICE! :-))

I only need a VPN occasionally - My Private Network' s policy of politely warning when a month's payment is due rather than automatically taking the payment is an example to all providers.
When needed the VPN was easy to set up and worked perfectly.
I shall continue to use My Private Network and recommend to others.

I have been using MYPN for quite some time but over the last few months it became very slow to the point that TV was almost unwatchable. I finally got around to contacting support and the problem was identified and resolved with superb efficiency (and it was on a Saturday). Now I’m kicking myself for not contacting them ages ago instead of just swearing at my computer! Customer service at its very best. Thank you team MYPN.

It is amazing how they fight against anybody who´s not called Microsoft,without offering a similar Service..The MPN Team beat them again..

Had a problem connecting to VPN after installing a new router. 3 emails in 15 minutes........problem solved. Very impressed, they know their stuff - got it right first time.

I have lost count of the years with Harry. Problems are few and far between and normally only happen when I have a new internet connection or operating system. When I do have a problem as today after upgrading to Windows 10 support is fantastic and fast. You could not ask for better service and this why I remain with Harry and will do for years to come!!

I have been a subscriber for a number of years now and with ever enhancing technology and the introduction of various devices, MPN has kept up with all these advances and kept me connected. The support they give is first class and no query is too trivial. Great product!

I have been struggling for two days with payments, now resolved, and connections, far from resolved. Part of the problem is that the simple connection arrangements are all well and good, if they work. But, they don't for me - and support by e-mail is hopeless. This service came highly recommended to me, but I can't recommend it at all. We'll see if it can be made to work at all.

I was having difficulty connecting, one email and Chris responded quickly, I let him remote into my PC and he fixed the problem. Thanks Chris, now I will be able to watch the Rugby World Cup live! Great support and one very happy customer.

Excellent customer service and product does exactly what it should do.

Rebuilding my operating system caused MPN to be lost. A simple email got a prompt response with the necessary instructions. These worked without hitch and I am back on MPN. Have been with these guys for years and never been disappointed with there customer service

I have used MPN for years overseas and lived in many countries
I have had some configuration issues but response is rapid, clear and easy to follow
I totally recommend MPN, they are fantastic

I was having problems connecting BBC IPlayer from my iPad to my TV. I was receiving BBC IPlayer on my IPad so it was no fault of MPN, Very clear instructions were sent through, and I was able to get it working again; all within a day of asking

I have 3 years experience with My Private Network and on occasions when I need help and,not always for their service, they are there with quick, efficient and accurate advice to resolve my issue. I cannot praise them enough . I recently purchased a smart TV and they held my non techy hand all of the way to ensure that I can access all UK channels I want in Cyprus. Thank you a thousand times over.

Every time,They sort it out every time.There is No better service than theirs,although I´ve looked enough..One very slight Problem..It doesn´t work often.But it is not always their fault..Internet is difficult,and not getting it always right.e.g,Google sent my subscription,from another account,that I have not used for Years..Not their Fault.I paid for a year,now they say 5months.Not their Fault,they just want money.They will probably do better in the Future,just like Amazon,Google,You-tube..But I am still looking for a Proxy Server,but I´ve learned a Lot.Brian.Heagren.(soon to be deleted).
