Donât bother ordering if you want toâŠ
Donât bother ordering if you want to send anything back. I had a £30 order that cost me over £6 to send back and I sent it over 2 weeks ago which was quite difficult to do, they are now claiming to not have it. Silly me had misplaced the return receipt which I understand is my own fault however, they give me an address which I wrote exactly on the label, so surely it should be going right back to them. Wonât be ordering again and will be recommending anyone else I know not to.

The products are actually ok..but
The mybabiie products seem ok so far, the issue was the failure of the Boots/mybabiie e-commerce system. We originally ordered a 'bundle' from the boots website which included the mybabiie isofix base and car seat at a very low price, almost too good to be true...turns out it wasn't. We only received the Isofix base, despite Boots confirming the order etc. After contacting mybabiie, they blamed Boots for the mistake and Boots wouldn't honour the order. So overall, not a great experience.
