I brought a travel cot around 6 weeks ago and the slats had already broke . I spoke to Emily from customer service and I was not disappoint . I purchased a child car seat from this store, but unfortunately the original parcel, although marked as delivered, never arrived. Mike from Customer Support was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He responded promptly, kept me informed, and made resolving the issue completely stress-free.
