Really helpful staff. I needed to check on the progress of my order and was dealt with very promptly with a follow up email on the dispatch information. Delighted when it arrived exactly when promised would definitely recommend

Im soo pleased and happy with the service they gave me and my family. They care, listen, they are proactive and put in a lot of hard work for their customers. I was skeptical at first but after reading the reviews I thought why not and I was not disappointed. I’m travelling with a 4 month old in 2 weeks time and for a long time I’ve been searching for a travel pram. I already have the doona and joie but wanted something lightweight and settled for a YOYO. Did some research and My Baby Stroller came up. After I made the purchase I was updated throughout the entire process, I wasn’t worried about delivery day/time as I got regular updates via email and text.

Great service! Delivery was on time within the 5 to 6 days time frame. Customer service support was great as well! I have messaged them to ask if there's any updates on Delivery and they responded straight away.

We bought a cot from baby stroller and the website was easy to use. The cot was delivered quickly and we were kept up to date as to when it was dispatched and would be delivered.

We had a tailor made bundle to suit our needs and ended up going with a brand for a travel system we hadn't even considered before going into the shop. The team are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Other shops I've been in have felt very pushy. This shop is on a lovely street, beautifully presented with some genuinely lovely people working in it.
I wouldn't hesitate to return if we need anything else.

Well priced products, an option to use Klarna and spread the cost of purchase. Had a hiccup with delivery but received all items in the end.
