Thank you My Breast for providing such a caring and amazing service. The advice and information I received throughout my procedure has been so helpful. Also thank you for helping me find such an amazing surgeon like Professor Sforza. I am very happy with his work on my breast augmentation surgery and I would highly recommend him to anyone who feels they are ready to make a change and too feel more comfortable and happier about their breasts. After having 3 children, breastfeeding and weight loss it was needed for me personally, so now I can feel more comfortable. Professor Sforza has done just that, I feel more confident and happier about mine now then I ever did :)

Marcos Sforza your are an amazing surgeon and I'm so thankful for what you done. I started off with very uneven asymmetric breasts due to weight loss. And I can't believe how good they look now. You have such a nice way about you and he makes you feel so calm and easy to talk to. He also does it all by computer so you can see your results before you have the procedure done. Which I think is amazing. And it turns out very similar too!!! Thank you!!!

I could not thank Marcos Sforza enough! I’m honestly so thankful and happy! From the very start I felt comfortable and looked after and it’s been the same all the way through! He had the patience and time to really understand what I wanted and I got exactly that! I’m so over the moon with my results and I recommend him highly he’s amazing. Thank you

I would 100% recommend MyBreast if you are considering breast augmentation. I had Mr Waterhouse and he was absolutely amazing, I am so so happy with my results as they look so natural!!! Both Jasmine and Vanessa from MyBreast have been so helpful from day one, plus the team at Weymouth hospital were brilliant on the day of my surgery and I felt very comfortable.

Since contacting MyBreast it was a very quick and efficient reply back from my request on the initial website.
Jasmine (senior patient advisor) contacted me shortly after and was so so helpful in informing me of all the different procedures MyBreast caters for, guideline prices and general information on surgeons/doctors etc. I laised with jasmine back and forth for quite some time and not once did she not have the time nor patience to email me back in an appropriate time frame. Any questions I had or queries about the procedure or anything in conjuction with it, she always replied to and with such a lovely customer based manner. I cannot fault her for her high quality professional service she is providing for me and no doubt for many others!

Along this journey I'm going through we did hit a few difficult technicalities with planning the procedure however, they were sorted out immediately and efficiently. All of the staff I have been in contact with are so lovely and welcoming, which is what you want when wanting a procedure like the ones MyBreast offer. I'm excited for my journey with MyBreast to continue; I would highly recommend this amazing company to anyone!

Would highly recommend using MyBreast if you would like a Breast Augmentation. They have very experienced consultants and the customer service is incredible. They called me up and resolved any issues or queries immediately, were very friendly, professional and informative and the whole experience was pretty seamless ( especially considering it was during COVID!). Another major plus was the hospital I was in, it was sleek, clean and comfortable. An all round great experience

I booked a appointment online with mr Mashhadi after being highly recommended to by a friend and was charged £25.00. I had my consultation over FaceTime and I couldn’t fault the surgeon, he was extremely thorough and helpful and I’m sure he is also good at what he does. But unfortunately no one got back to me after my consultation. I left a voice mail and phoned My Breast numerous times and didn’t hear anything back to book my next face to face consultation. so now I have found else where which is a shame as I was very happy with mr Mashhadi. I think when choosing a company like this you have to pay attention to when staff don’t get back to you or are hard to get hold of as I think this shows how the aftercare will be. Shame!

My whole experience at my breast has been absolutely amazing. The team are so lovely, calming and their professionalism is second to none. On my first consultation I knew Professor Sforza was the right surgeon for me, he is such a kind and lovely man. His presence instantly relaxes you.

I was very anxious/worried about surgery, as it’s the first surgery I have ever had, I had not even been put to sleep before! The team at Weymouth hospital were amazing and I was treated extremely well. My surgery only took 30 min, and I awoke with no pain or discomfort. They left me to sleep for most the day, and monitored me closely, and I went home that night.

A couple of weeks ago I had a bad skin reaction to something and I got admitted to hospital, this was a scary time for me, but I can not thank Jasmine and Professor Sforza enough for supporting me through that. Professor Sforza rang me 3 times while I was in hospital to check I was alright, and I got a emergency appointment to see him the next day. I felt so much better after I had seen him. I always felt like I was in very trusted hands with Professor Sforza, he really is an amazing surgeon, he has transformed my life, and I will be forever thankful.

If you are looking to have cosmetic surgery I cannot recommend my breast enough.

Poor customer service experience. You can pre-book a consultation with a doctor that you pick for £25. The day before I was contacted to say that my doctor was unavailable but a replacement doctor would attend. I explained I would rather reschedule with the doctor I had picked... The whole point of the consultation! And was told that my appointment would be cancelled as I had not uploaded photos... Poor first experience! Glad I experienced this before further down the line

My breast reduction experience with MyBreast was excellent. I am an 18 y/o female who went from uncomfortably large 32G/Hs to a D/DD and I couldn’t be happier. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly and the entire process was very smooth and efficient. I couldn’t be happier with my results! Thank you!

I thoroughly recommend MyBreast. Right from the start they have been nothing short of fantastic - utterly professional, kind, caring and sincere. I had complete trust in them and they didn't disappoint. They were efficient in booking all my appointments and very supportive both on the telephone and via email. They made sure I always had all of the information that I needed and were considerate in following up with me that I was ok at every stage. I couldn't have asked for a better service.
My surgeon was incredible. He did the best job for me and the result has changed my life for the better.

Seeming very unlikely (despite the public assurance below) that I will receive my money as they are back to ignoring any correspondence to confirm I will receive the refund by the 25th June at the latest. Please do not trust this company with your money or the replies that they give on here to negative reviews. Their reply to me below was edited as they finally came back to me after I posted. They say that they pride themselves on customer service but once they have your money, they really don’t care. It is very difficult to get a response from them. Save yourself the stress and go somewhere reputable.

I'm now 1 year on from my surgery and could not be more pleased.
I felt safe , secure, well understood and well cared for.
George was professional whilst still being personable and supporting.
my expectations were well managed but the result preceded my expectations and I am over the moon with my new natural looking smaller breasts.
no implants - just me.. but remodelled!

My experience was absolutely positive. From the first consultation to the after surgery, everything was clear and well explained. Doctor Marcos Sforza is simply the best surgeon I could have wished for and Sabreena is the cherry on the cake, friendly and lovely, always there when I needed. I can't thank Doctor Sforza enough, my life has changed!

My whole experience was positive. Although I was certain that I wanted to have breast augmentation, I was extremely anxious. The staff were always available to answer my questions and checked in with me regularly throughout the whole process. My surgeon, Mr Withey, was reassuring, honest and professional at all times which helped alleviate my anxiety. I am so happy with the results, I wish I’d done it years ago!

I had my breast surgery done back in October last year 2019 with Marcos forza he was amazing answered all the questions I asked and had what I wanted done he was so kind understanding and very professional would highly recommend my breast at Harley street .

I had the most amazing experience with my breast and Prof Sforza (and Sabreena of course!). It’s quite possibly the best thing I’ve ever done and I will forever be so thankful for everyone at MyBreast for the experience.

Prof Sforza and Sabreena were extremely helpful at my first consultation- as I had been trying to book different surgery days for quite a while as I am still at university and wanted to have it done during the summer before I went back. They answered all my questions and put to rest ANY concerns I initially had and booked me in for surgery the week after! (I will say, my decision to have breast reduction surgery was not a quick and easy decision and I had wanted and researched it for years before actually speaking to mybreast, including multiple appointments with the nhs doctors about physio for my back and shoulders, etc - so I didn’t rush into anything!)

On the day of the surgery - the process was very quick and very supportive. They let me sleep a lot after I came out of theatre as I turned out to not be the biggest fan of anaesthetic and felt sooooo drowsy 😂

My recovery was much quicker than I thought aswell and by mid-September I was pretty much back to normal (I had my surgery very early in August), other than some scarring (obvs). Sabreena stayed in contact the whole time and my follow up appointment went perfectly!

Now it’s been nearly a year and my scars have pretty much faded completely, I’ve had no problems post surgery and it’s the best decision I’ve ever made!

I’m so grateful to Prof Sforza and all of the MyBreast team who have changed my life so much! I’m so much more confident and can do so much more! Thank you!!
