My experience at Destination Beauty for my surgery was overall very positive and well-organised. From the initial consultation stage, the communication was clear and consistent. The team made sure I understood the procedure, expectations, and recovery process before I even travelled.
When I arrived, I was impressed by how smoothly everything was coordinated. Airport transfers, hotel accommodation, and clinic appointments were all arranged, which made the whole process stress-free. The staff were friendly, professional, and supportive, which helped ease any nerves I had.
On the day of surgery, the medical team explained everything again and made sure I felt comfortable and prepared. The clinic itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped, which gave me confidence in the level of care I was receiving.
After the procedure, the aftercare was a big highlight. The nurses and coordinators regularly checked in on me, provided clear instructions, and were always available if I had questions. Recovery wasn’t always easy, but having that support made a big difference.
The results so far have been satisfying, and I feel more confident in myself. Of course, like any surgery, it comes with discomfort and patience during healing, but overall, I’m happy I chose Destination Beauty for this journey.

This is my second experience with DB both times the experience from the moment you are greeted on arrival to when you assisted to checkin going home is perfect.
The process of organising the surgery, hotel accommodation is very straight forward and highly professional my reps Vita & Chayna were extremely helpful and organized everything, and always available by email when I needed clarification
The Staff at the DB service centre in the hospital Brae, Donunt, Prae, Muma Noi and all the others nurses are so kind, gentle, caring & supportive.
At no time do you have to concern yourself with getting to the hospital, medical check ups, Dr reviews,a team of Drivers (who are amazing and ensure your wellbeing & comfort on the trips) take you where you need to be, as the service team organize all appointments and Drivers transport for you and back to the hotel
My surgeon Dr Ring is a true gentleman and such a professional. His surgery is flawless, his scar lines are pencil thin then disappear, he is always available and ensures his patients have the very best outcome.
Nurse Oam is a saint- she is so dedicated and professional and a perfectionist ensuring every patients is well looked after , she works very long hrs to ensure she meets the patients needs and requests.
The hospital room is equivalent to a 5 star hotel, cleaners come in twice daily. The Nurse care is the best in the world they are all so dedicated to their patients, compassionate and so caring. Meals are great you choose what to eat, the WIFI in the hospital is excellent. The hospital experience is faultless
The Hotel rooms are again 4/5 star with a bedroom, ensuite, lounge area, washing machine Kitchen that has the basics to cook a meal, microwave.
Cleaners come in each day and change or freshen your room.
The doormen at the hotel are amazing, they remembered my name from 12 months, they ensure you are safe, greet you with happy smiles and assist you in and out of vehicles /stairs/lift etc. They are also excellent at ensuring that you are safe within the hotel.
Breakfast is fabulous a massive international buffet, that changes each day.

My experience with Destination Beauty was excellent. From my very first enquiry through to being picked up at the airport in Bangkok, and throughout the entire procedure and recovery process, I felt like I was in genuinely good hands.

The staff were amazing—always taking the time to answer my questions, addressing any concerns with patience and honesty, and helping me feel confident every step of the way. The surgery itself went smoothly, and my recovery was well managed with clear guidance and regular check-ins.

The hospital was modern, extremely clean, and staffed by a fantastic team. Dr Ring listened carefully to what I wanted and offered professional, honest advice about what would achieve the best outcome. I had initially planned to undergo a reverse tummy tuck along with a breast lift, but he recommended doing them separately to ensure the best results. While I was initially disappointed, I really appreciated that he prioritised my outcome over doing more procedures at once.

I underwent multiple procedures, spaced four days apart, with body surgery first followed by a face and neck lift.

The Somerset hotel was also a great place to stay, with all the amenities you need. The staff were kind and helpful, and it was especially convenient having nurse visits three times a week at a clinic just downstairs.

Overall, the entire experience was positive, well-organised, and incredibly supportive from start to finish. I would absolutely return in the future and highly recommend Destination Beauty to anyone considering surgery abroad.

After losing 50kg following gastric bypass, I struggled with excess skin that didn't reflect my new, healthy lifestyle. As someone in the medical field, I was naturally cautious about traveling to Thailand for major surgery. However, Destination Beauty exceeded my expectations.

The coordination with Dayana was pressure-free and incredibly supportive, and the logistical side—from the airport pickup with the friendly team in pink to the hotel recovery—was seamless. Dr. Weerachai is a calm, highly confident surgeon who took the time to answer all questions for both myself and my husband. Recovery at the hotel was made easier by the patient community; connecting at afternoon tea made me feel less alone. I’m finally comfortable in my own skin. Highly recommend for anyone doing their research."

I had my breast augmentation done through Destination Beauty Bangkok. There were definitely some positives, the hospital stay itself was excellent, the private room felt 5-star standard, the nurses were kind and attentive, and the doctor did a beautiful overall job with the surgery. The facilities and in-hospital care were impressive.

However, there were also some major downsides that future patients should be aware of. The language barrier during consultation made it difficult to properly communicate my concerns and desired outcome.

My biggest concern is the aftercare. Once I returned home to Australia and experienced healing complications with my incision opening, it was extremely hard to get help or contact the doctor or nurses. I felt unsupported during a stressful time, and like once payment was made, the care ended.

Overall, the hospital and hotel experience was lovely, but communication before surgery and aftercare support afterwards need serious improvement.

Communication from initial query to discharge. Regular check ins, patient centred with no push for additional surgeries. Excellent nursing and medical care and coordination.

The service from Destination Beauty was second to none. The Admin team, the doctors, the Nurses, the hotel staff - everyone treated me with kindness and respect making the experience wonderful

Overall my experience with Destination Beauty was great. The service from office staff at DB at the hospital, nurses, surgeon & hotel staff was amazing could not fault!

The only thing I felt was we weren't really supported by our rep compared to
other patients experiences.

No issues with ETT & Fleur De Lis but my left breast is a bit smaller than my right in my lift

Travelled over at the end of Feb 26, had two operations over 6 days apart and spent 9 days in hospital — 6 procedures in total - mid face lift, neck lift and fat transfer to face, reverse tummy tuck, arm lift, lower buttock lift, breast implants.
Having Destination Beauty meet us at the airport and take us to the hotel, weight off the shoulders having to organise any transport etc.
Hotel was lovely, with 7/11’s close by, very handy.
I was lucky to have a support person as it was hard in hospital with so many procedures and being able to move, so won’t lie about that, much easier to have support person.
Dr Ring did all my procedures, he was lovely and everything looks amazing, my scars on my arms are barely visible at 3 weeks 😳, all my scars are amazing. The hospital staff were wonderful and the team from Destination beauty were fantastic. Overall well worth it, the 9 days in hospital was hard and I couldn’t wait to get back to the hospital. It was a bit exhausting for my husband too, we thought it would be better for him to sleep at the hotel, so he’d have a comfortable bed, be able to have a good breakfast and use the gym daily, but he was exhausted traveling back and forth, he thinks he would of been better off sleeping at the hospital, I’m not sure though.Be prepared if you have lot of procedures that the recovery definitely takes it’s time, and I am a very fit person. At 4 weeks I am finally back out doing walks outside at home but very excited to get back to running. Would I do all the procedures on one trip if I knew… maybe not, but then again, everything I wanted is done now. Luckily I’m off work for two months, would be hard to go back to it earlier than that.

My Experience was excellent and destination beauty yes fantastic they pick you up and take you back to the hotel when you go to the hospital they give you a bunch of flowers for you sweet and nice people. I would go back in a heartbeat

Amazing experience from the start to finish. I was looked after every step of the way!

Updated: I maintain that DB offers exceptional care while in Bangkok. However, post care questions or concerns are not managed as well as I would have expected. At exit, the patient is provided a guide and a support link. Honestly, these emails should be acknowledged or answered within 24 hours. So far, this is not my experience; I can only imagine some of the concerns they receive, including mine. A response is a peace of mind someone is taking this as seriously as I am. Until I receive the answers to my three questions, I will maintain 3 stars. 1 less for the response, 1 less for the lack of coordination between the marketing, care and support teams.

I selected DB because of the women on a FB group speaking highly of the organization.
Having reached out to some of them, I decided to jump.

The entire process was fairly seamless. I was picked up a the airport. I was checked into a lovely 4 star long stay hotel. The staff there was wonderful and attentive. I was transported to the hospital and guided through all pre operative events (1 hour: covid test, X-ray, EEG, consult with the anesthesiologist). The hospital was modern, clean, snd well staffed. I felt very well cared for. The only exception was in pre-op, I can see where some folks might be scared or worried. The staff was all business with little interaction other than procedural.
Care post op was good, I was checked on frequently. Only one time I needed to push a few times for a dose of pain med.
I was retuned back to my hotel, and from there, the ladies I met became my support group and we celebrated our new journeys together.
It is important to remember the follow the guidance provided pre op for a successful post op.
I was in a foreign country, processes are different than the US, contact is mostly with nursing staff, o did not see the doc right away, it was 7 days post op. Important to note that nursing staff are embedded within the hotel, that is a great comfort.
We took full advantage of Bangkok and would often take off on foot and go exploring, the door men knew our names, and were very good at providing directions, recommendations, or calling a taxi. They were real gems. Always with a smile.
The only hiccup in my review was, I never had a consult with the doctor from home, when it happened in Bangkok, Dr. NJ suggested a couple of procedures to enhance my results. I was fine with this, but, I was required to pay that evening for the procedures next day. I would suggest tge consult should be done two days before surgery to allow thoughtful discussion and financial arrangement.
I would say to anyone that I recommend this service, wholeheartedly. I wish I needed additional work done!

Excellent experience through DB. Just returned home from ETT/BLBA with Dr ring. The hospital staff were amazing, professional and very responsive. Kept me very comfortable post op and never had to wait long if I needed to press the call buzzer. The only suggestion I have for the hospital stay was the support person bed was hard as a rock and my mum was really uncomfortable through the stay. So that was the only issue we had which the nurses tried to help with providing extra blankets to put down. Perhaps they could look into alternative beds if known in advance support person will be staying in hospital. But otherwise excellent care overall from the whole team.
The stay in Somerset was beautiful, massive rooms, friendly staff, super clean and modern. Destination beauty had all of the transfers to and from airport/hospital and hotel organised wonderfully. Overall excellent experience, will return in a few years and have my teeth done and midface/neck lift :)

I recently used Destination Beauty and couldn't fault the service and care I received. From the initial pick-up at the airport to having my bags personally taken to the airline check-in counter for my trip home everything went smoothly. All the staff are efficient, friendly and knowledgeable and nothing is to much trouble. I was contacted frequently and provided with clear instructions for upcoming appointments. Any questions or concerns were addressed promptly. Travelling solo for surgery is daunting, but you can trust these guys. I have no hesitation in recommending Destination Beauty.

I felt well informed, safe & secure with the entire process (I went alone to Thailand). The support has been amazing - prior, during and after my trip. Destination Beauty is a very professional and trustworthy company, with exceptional staff, from the drivers to the surgeons. Everyone was fantastic. This was my second trip to Bangkok through Destination Beauty, and both experiences have been excellent.

I love how you are looked after right from the start. I had the best rep, Kate who was very good at communicating anything that I needed to know. Then to fly to Bangkok and get picked up and dropped off at the hotel . It was a relief not to have to worry about organising it yourself. I think the best thing about coming to destination. Beauty is meeting all the wonderful people including other like-minded people who are in Thailand for the same reason I was there for. And all the staff are so kind and generous. I felt safe in Thailand. It’s a big thing going across the world to have surgery but it was worth it. I’ll never forget my time here. In fact I’ve been here twice and you should never say never.
