If I could give no stars I would! Absolutely do not waste your time and purchase from this company. Terrible customer service and still have the item that i ordered that is apparently “out of stock” on the website for other people to purchase. Unacceptable do not bother!

Received the two puzzles for my granddaughters for part of their Christmas gifts. Puzzles are good quality. Only thing I did was took a photo of the completed puzzle and printed it for the outside of the box, as the picture provided was poor quality.

First of all. NOT printed in Australia. They were so hard to deal with when trying to customise my shirt, hardly speak English. Shirt is horrible quality! I got an XL and it’s as big as a blanket…. Picture quality isn’t great! Horrible experience. Better off buying off Temu! Much better quality there.
When modifying shirt and you accept. They send you heaps of emails saying you never accepted and that they’ll suspend your order. Website hardly works.

They have shown great customer service from Day1 to the day I have received the goods. They even replied to me quickly on my queries and updated me all the time on the progress. Thanks again.

I ordered a 6 picture shirt, the printing was a bit off so i messaged them with photos, they offered me a free reprint and also confirmed the new images with me, the customer service i recieved was wonderful. Elsie, you are lovely!! I Highly recommend this website!!

I made an order than realised it wouldn’t get to me in time. I contacted the team and Elsie helped me straight away. She was fantastic.

sent correct mailing address several times. my face sock still sent it to the incorrect address. tried contacting them multi times they are un willing to correct the there mistake. now asked for a refund see how that goes.

Ordered the customised bucket hats and they are excellent quality highly recommend and the customer service team are helpful and kept me updated on the progress of my order also came fast.
