WOW I am utterly amazed that this company went out of its way to produce and deliver my order in a super short period of time. What an incredible turn around. I honestly thought that they couldn't do it, but they did!! I am eternally grateful, super responsive service. Thank you!

I love the quality of the material, the photos print out amazingly and shipping is super fast

Faces on socks were blurry. They refused to issue a refund or send a new pair.
All the google reviews about them being fantastic must be bought and fake!

Spent over $80 on product including "priority produce and shipping", reportedly sent on the 11th of December. The last shipping update was over a month ago saying it was in the Sydney depot. Not only did I not get it before Christmas (despite the 'guarantee'), but its obvious I won't be receiving this product at all after a month of no updates.
Customer service are plain unhelpful. I've asked for a refund since the start of January to no avail.
Obviously a SCAM. DO NOT buy.

Ordered on December 12, 2024 and paid $8.99 for priority producing and shipping.
Over a month later and I still have not received this product even after they said it was delivered. Nothing but emails back and forth with no resolution. Super disappointed, especially after having a previously good experience with this company. Will not be back.

Love my aprons!
My order for 2 aprons with my own dog photo was executed with speed and efficiency. The process of applying the photo was user friendly and easy to do. I was initially concerned that the inclusion of my dog photo didn’t work because it wasn’t displayed on the confirmation order. I immediately contacted the chat option & I was assured that my photo would be on the finished product! It was! I was very happy with the end result and we LOVE the aprons. Arrived quickly, designs looked exactly as pictured, quality as expected for the price.

So disappointed. Paid for express delivery as it said it would arrive by Christmas, it’s now 31st December and still no delivery. Emailed company to complain and no one has gotten back to me. Will never use this company again.

Ordered Xmas shirts that were meant to arrive before Christmas (obviously) and they never came!!! Ordered on the 9th of December. I am truly disappointed as I’ve spent over 80$ on these, thinking this is coming from within Australia, instead it’s coming from China! I’m starting to believe this is a scam as they still haven’t arrived, what a joke! Please don’t waste your money!

Very disappointing. Researched this company for location purposes - shows they are in Chatswood NSW. Delivery ETA was 14 days. Ordered Xmas shirts for Xmas Day to wear. Just received the shirts today 28th December! Shirts are made in China not NSW and delivery is NOT 14 days. Won’t buy from them again.

Design is average. Fabric is cheap polyester and sizing is huge. Maybe I was expecting more for my $30.

Charged for postage and then another $39 express postage on top of that only for it to take way longer than their promised 3-5 days. Don’t bother paying extra for postage.

I ordered on 9.12 the item was $29 and shipping $39. On the 11.12 I asked why the item was delayed. I got a response on the 21.12 offering me a $3 refund and the item is delayed stating it will take up to another 15 business days as it did not meet the quality inspection.

I want a full refund.

Really disappointing service. Ordered 24 shirts, three times they sent us the wrong sizes (adults instead of kids). They wanted me to pay for the postage. They do not check orders before sending and the shirts were scrunched up in a box. Would not recommend!

Worst organisation ever, customer service is aplauling. I ordered something for Christmas as it stated guaranteed Christmas Delivery ! What a lie.... I placed my order on the 9th of December and they only started working on it on the 16th of December... They then stated that it can take up to 14 business days for production and delivery. They should of had a Christmas Guaranteed cut off time.

She was helpful and explained the process.
Disappointed that I can get the replacement by Xmas by Elise was still able to fix the problem an explain the processing time.

Communication from start to finish of the order was amazing. I knew exactly where my order was at in terms of being made to arriving at my door.

The detail to the photo I sent In was outstanding.
