The HR Toolkit set up as been very smooth and easy. The support staff are very helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them.

Great tool, easy to set up, roll out and use, with a really good support system in place

This is a tool that has made monitoring holidays and sickness, and monitoring communications to staff, much less stressful and easy to manage

We've been using My HR Tool Kit for a couple of months and i must say we have found the system very user friendly and the support has been second to none, I would highly recommend My HR Toolkit.

The software helps to manage my employees easily and the service support offered is really responsive and they can always solve my issue.

We love myhrtoolkit. We researched other packages and myhrtoolkit was our very clear winner. It’s very simple to use – things are well laid out so our staff can find what they need when they need it – via computer or mobile phone.

It’s effective and helps our organisation to keep all necessary records in one place, be they holiday records, absence, disciplinary or training. We operate across more than one location in the city and being a web based hr solution it gives us the flexibility we need – as we grow myhrtoolkit is in place to serve our needs. It handles multiple sites and locations and teams with ease. You can set up different absence managers, holiday managers and line managers.

We have a variety of complex working patterns and the holidays feature of myhrtoolkit is able to manage these with ease. For us this set myhrtoolkit apart from the competition. myhrtoolkit doesn’t treat everyone with a one size fits all approach – it is flexible to the needs of your organisation and employees.

And finally this software is actively developed – it is continually improving and new features are released from time to time. The support team are always helpful and you get to speak to a real person who efficiently deals with your query.

I can’t recommend myhrtoolkit enough.

Great utility fos saving time - very good customer service

This is a great all round portal to store holiday, sickness records etc., and the link to an Outlook Calendar is a good feature for us. It would be better if it showed all sorts of leave rather than just holiday, but still useful. Because we outsource our HR, its also a good gateway to our HR Department who can access information without having to ask us all the time! Another thing to note is the Helpdesk have always been helpful and knowledgeable, which is a massive plus.

This tool allows me to look at holidays, appraisals, salary info and all associated HR data viw my browser. Some of the reports and user interface is a bit clunky but most of it is quite intuitive and comprehensive.
Support - which is always a key thing - has been excellent and the price is good.

We were recommended to My HR Toolkit by our outsouced HR supplier (The HR Dept). I was sceptical at first that it would add anything to our business apart from more administration but this proved to be completely false in reality. It's a great system, easy to use and allows staff to book holidays giving them an overview of who else is off at that time. Being able to keep all employee records in one place and able to add supporting documents as PDF files is also extremely useful. All staff have access to their personel files via the online 'cloud' portal which they have to keep up to date which they like too. It has definitely saved time in our business and makes us more efficient. The initial upload of employee data must be seen as a time investment but believe me it really pays dividends when you need to run one of the excellent reports that are available through the system. I can thoroughly reccomend My HR Toolkit to businesses large and small!

An intuitive system that has taken the headache out of holiday and employee admin. Would highly recommend. A very upbeat and supportive team on call to help too. Hassle free HR software.
