Absolutely horrible return process. Iâve had to aggravate them excessively to simply acknowledge my return & the customer service is terrible. They close tickets while saying they will get back to you on something & doesnât get back to you.
I bought several door knobs that I had to return and I havenât gotten my money back after starting the process 3 weeks ago, I paid for return shipping, and I gave them tracking information. Absolutely Terrible, do better.

Products were ordered 11/30/22, I have chatted online with customer service to track my products/orders and they said- the products were delivered. That was not the case. After I looked into this matter further, the items went to the wrong city. There was no follow up on my order, while they certainly ran my bank card and collected on the items that I did not recieve. I reached out again, they said I was not able to get a refund because the items were delivered to the correct address on the order, which is a horrible way to work with a customer. I don't want to pay for items I didn't receive and when I asked for a refund, it should have been resolved, but this is still not resolved. They keep telling me they are trying to collect the items from that address and then re route to me, which I don't want the items at this time as it has been 2 months and just wanted a resolution. I would NEVER recommend this company for shopping. The customer service is less than satisfactory and its a scam.
Nightmare Customer Service
Good quality product, nightmare company if you have to exchange or return. In early November 2022, I ordered the wrong backset dimension on a crystal knob and had to return it in exchange for the correct backset. They wouldn't exchange even though it was within 30 days of purchasing the original. I had to apply for a refund and rebuy the correct knob. I needed the knob right away so went ahead and bought it, and it was shipped promptly. However, I also applied for the refund on the same day and it took a month and several phone calls to the company to get the RMA code required for return. I shipped it back the next day and then heard nothing. Numerous unanswered emails and several phone calls produced empty promises of a refund on the returned item. Then I started getting emails that said the complaint was resolved, but no refund had been given. They blamed their vendor for the delays, but in all my contacts with MyKnobs throughout this fiasco, it was this company, not the vendor who was non-responsive. In all it took 3 months of emailing and calling to get the refund and then I was shorted $25 for a restocking fee, plus my having to pay postage for both knobs and the return which was another $30+ out of pocket. I will never buy from this company again. Their products might be good, but as for customer service, the experience was the height of frustration.

Myknobs had me waste my time and money to return and had me call repeatedly for a month to finally tell me that I wonât be getting a refund or my items sent back to me. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired. In todays climate of delayed manufacturing and deliveries it is expected that things are going to take longer to get. Unfortunately, delays require more follow ups and updates of delivery times, more communication between businesses and customers. Myknobs.com have horrible customer service. They donât return calls, donât follow up with updates as promised, the representatives just want to get you off the phone so they can forget about your issue and get to the next. They are very unhelpful. Been waiting for handles for 5 months and receive no updates, have to refresh history of my order every time I cal, and the update on status ALWAYS requires them to call me back WHICH THEY NEVER DO.

Waste of Time and $$$ on Returms
Mainly, I want to warn that My Knobs is just a drop shipper; if you want to return something you have to return to the manufacturer and pay both a restocking fee and your own return shipping costs. In my case, the manufacturer won't accept USPS packages, so I was forced to return heavy merchandise via the more costly route of UPS or FedEx. Total waste on time and loss of money.

Horrific experience ordering from myknobs.com! We ordered 3 dummy doorknobs from Emtek through this website in March of 2022. They first sent damaged knobs (covered in scratches), which we sent back. We were told that when the damaged knobs were in the mail they would send out the replacements. They didn't and we were in the middle of a move so I let it slip for a while. After a month with no contact from them, I called their customer service and the woman I spoke with tried to cancel our original order a place a new order. The price of the knobs had changed, so after spending 15 minutes on the phone with her going through the steps to cancel and place a new order, they tried to charge me $35 more than the original order. When I called this out, she kept me on the phone for another 10 minutes while she talked to her supervisor and eventually told me they could just resend the knobs from the original order. 2 weeks later, we got the replacement knobs. They were send with the wrong rosette style. I wrote an upset email and was told that the correct rosettes would be expedited. We did receive them, but they only sent 2 (not the 3 we had ordered). As of this morning I reached out to their customer service again to try to get the final rosette... it is now JUNE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I needed to replace two door passage door knob sets. The original were Emtek Brand. I looked online and found Myknob.com carried them. I called and inquired about ordering the two sets. I had decided to switch from a knob to lever handle. The salesperson asked what side the doors hinged on, as this determined the type handle (right or left). I told her the correct side. She determined what I needed and the order was made. When they arrived they were for the wrong side. I called and they said no problem. They initiated a new order for the correct knobs. I inquired about returning the incorrect sets and was told I had to send them back to the manufacturer at my expense. I did ($28) to send. When I didnât hear from anyone after a couple of weeks I called MyKnobs. They said that they had just received the info from Emtek and I would be receiving credit within 7 days. What they neglected to tell me was it was minus a 25% restocking fee.Based on this experience plus the way the staff responded to my calls I will not be buying from MyKnobs in the future. Life is to short to have to deal with this type of company
