Great product that looks great on my pocket doors in my renovated bathroom and closet. Easy to operate and work very well.

Ordering directly from a company takes longer than Amazon, but the extra time was worth the wait! I now have a beautiful door knob which is completely appropriate for my 1886 house.

Added a matching cabinet but wanted to match the knobs with the existing knob om the other furniture. Despite detail search at local box stores could not find exact match.
Search on internet appeared successful when I found MyKnobs.com.
Order process was easy and delivery was pretty quick.
Only process is a miismatch of the inner circle on the knob. Thankfully the order was a bag of 4 although i really only needed 2 so i was able to use the 4 knobs on a different piece so those 4 "matched" and the "new cabinet" is looking good with the "old" knobs.
Just have to live with "things change".

Received the wrong item and am still waiting for the correct one. Called customer service the day I got the incorrect order delivered to me and that was about 2 weeks ago. Had to send them an email explaining the mistake and a picture of the wrong item sent to me. Hope to get the correct product soon.
