My Mailing Room’s sister company MyGroupSecurity supplies X-Ray mailroom security equipment and other security products for businesses. We have within our team a wealth of industry experience and offer skilled account management both at point of sale and on an ongoing basis. The service we have received from Tom at My Mailing Room has been fantastic!
From the outset Tom has been incredibly attentive, efficient, helpful, and friendly. He really took the time to understand the support we needed, and nothing was too much trouble.
Since working with Tom, he has set us up with a folding and inserting machine (aka Eunice ☺️) for mail processing, a mailing and postage collection service, and a new printer. Everything is working brilliantly and we are very happy!

REVIEW
Rebecca was great and very helpful but being new the role of installing the equipment she struggled with a couple of aspects. This meant that she was not able to install the machine on the day and she had to come back for a second visit. To her credit, she did resolve / work out what needed to be done. The machine is working really well.

Rebecca was a star trying to get our system set up with the DD on the account sorted and fixed so we can download the funds. It took a little while but she got to the root of the issue and now all is good :)

very efficient and helpful
Happy with all aspects of My Mailing room. Lindsey always replies immediately and if I have any issues they are resolved straight away. Our letter opener works a treat and saves a lot of time!

Good Communication
Very helpful and communicate well, customer services have always been upbeat and genuinely interested in resolving my issues. Our designated contact always gets back to me quickly when I have queries. Machine works flawlessly (Post Base Mini) and has made the office run more efficiently.

Knowledgeable Engineer
The engineer installing my letter folding machine was Tom; he was a jovial and professional individual. He exhibited genuine interest in his field of work and was able to answer all of my questions and explain intricate parts of the machine. Overall, a lovely visit and would highly recommend!
