Another Happy Customer!
Have been in need of new trainers for a while - previously purchased these Brooks Trainers from Moti without problems - and all good this time too.
Would have preferred to go into the store rather on line, however COVID19 scuppered that option on this occasion!
Trainers are fab - comfortable, great fit and just what I needed!

Online shop was easy to navigate as was placing the order and the payment. It turned out that one item was not available for delivery of which I was informed via email and the item was refunded. Love the running clothes I got (prompt delivery of all other items), and the customer service was excellent despite the current challenging circumstances.

Great service
Ordering from Moti is always straightforward. They have a clear website and the process is simple. Orders arrive really quickly (within 48 hours) and the prices are really competitive. I like to support a local business rather than a multinational conglomerate. And if, for any reason, you need to exchange your order i can pop into the shop and do it. Fantastic service.

The service was fine
I’d have given five stars if I was completely happy with the product, which turned out to be a discontinued one. At half price, I will keep it but I’m hoping it will last. Everything else was all fine.
