I found this service exceptional leading me every step of the way. No matter how big or small a question it was answered very swiftly. I was granted confirmation within a week. Truly could not have done this without the help and guidance .

During an extremely stressful time, coupled with all the Financial considerations and costs. My Probate Partner did exactly what what it said on the tin. It's refreshing to know that in Theses days there are companies' that under promise and over deliver. My only criticism is that they don't charge enough for the service they provide.

I didn't feel very confident about settling a parental estate by myself and, after a reassuring call with Mike, opted for the top level package. The efficiency and attention to detail is second to none! The whole process has been so fast and at a fraction of the cost of using a lawyer. Dealing with the death of a loved one and all the admin around it is no easy thing.
However, My Probate Partner helped make what felt very daunting and complicated much easier and it was great to have someone to answer any questions, however silly they seemed.

Online service but answered all my questions via email. Clear instructions making it easy to submit C1 form with accompanying documents to the court.

After watching the webinar we arranged a free call with Mike. We thought we’d be able to do confirmation ourselves with help from myprobatepartner as my father-in-laws’ estate was not too complex. Mike talked us through the process, then explained that due to the wording of the will and how the house deeds had been set up that confirmation wasn’t needed in the case. He saved us potentially thousands in lawyer fees and also lost out on us using his services instead as not needed.

Chose to use the guidance option to assist with my Dad's confirmation which we had partially completed but were having difficulty in understanding some of the complex language.
The guidance was far more clear than the government website and allowed us to complete quickly. Once we submitted the forms to be checked, they were viewed and returned rapidly with notes for minor adjustments.
Once completed, we sent the forms off to finalise the confirmation which took a few days and allowed us to move forward with the estate.
A great, clear, concise service with several options depending on your understanding and confidence.

My Probate Partner is an excellent company. Having previously consulted a solicitor, I had paid hundreds of pounds and was no further forward in my confirmation application. The confirmation process makes it virtually impossible for individuals to apply without legal help. Thankfully for my wallet, the fixed price, offered by MPP was very reassuring. I was given everything I needed to obtain confirmation. The communications I received from Lucy were clear cut, transparent, friendly and very knowledgeable. I am a natural worrier, and Lucy was able to deal with each and all of my MANY queries. It gave me great peace of mind. I handed the application in to the Sheriff Court and heard the very next day that it had been approved! I was astonished.

I contacted this company to enquire about obtaining a Grant of confirmation as Solicitors were asking around double the price they were so I purchased the enhanced service and from start to finish they kept in touch and gave me great advice and filled in all the legal requirements requested on the forms for me and as a result my application to the court for grant of confirmation was successful.

Having had several court rejections for a variety of reasons, Myprobate took all of the available information, scrutinised, reformatted, and my next submission was passed by the court. They were on hand to answer any questions and very professional throughout. Can't recommend this service highly enough.

A dislike of the cost of getting probate through a solicitor. Hearing of the length of time solicitors took to finalise it.Reading an article that it could be done with assistance, after all, you have to collect all necessary information yourself anyway, whether through solicitor or not. An introductory phone call at home, help every step of the way and advice on how it was formatted, made this way of getting probate completed with feelings of relief at a bad time.

If anyone is skeptical about doing this I urge you to go a head . I was really worried about paper work etc but the prices solicitors had quoted were outrageously expensive which made me search for an alternative. Thank you probate partner you have been so supportive and I now have confirmation after 12 weeks. They guide you through everything but I would go for the best package they offer. DO IT!
