Company did exactly what they promised in the time they said they would. All I had to do was sign and annotate the documents exactly as they described and submit to the court. Confirmation (probate) from the court arrived a few days later.

This was an excellent service . We couldn’t fault .. excellent communication , great guidance and support , quick response to emails . We had a small challenge with Will that needed additional paperwork
And we were given help with this . Would recommend to anyone. Good materials and resources to support and help us understand processes. I think from talking to others applying for confirmation via solicitors , we’ve saved thousands !!

5 stars is NOT enough - at least 7 stars out of 5 would be more appropriate. MPP gave wonderful advice from day one, regarding the Will itself, whether or not an application regarding IHT was required, filling the form for Confirmation ... had I not enlisted help, I would have come a cropper. I really recommend the 'enhanced' service from this wonderful service.

I want to say thank you so much to Mike and Samantha for making a stressful time in our lives so simple and pain free. We had no idea about probate in Scotland and the team were so helpful an gave us a step by step breakdown of what we needed to do and when. Although I was all over my wife's financial affairs, I was unfamiliar with the legalese required to submit form C1 to apply for confirmation. (Who knows which Sheriffdom they live in?!) The gov.uk "help notes" are less than useless. I saved nearly £1,000 by using "My Probate Partner" rather than a solicitor. The whole process from initiating contact with them to receiving Confirmation from Scottish Courts took 6 weeks and involved an exchange of 9 emails.
