i‘ve been scammed(*PS: Not scammed, on my case)
Instagramの広告から購入しました。
友人の分と一緒に16個の指輪をオーダーしたのですが、実際に届いたのは注文と全く関係ない2個の指輪でした。発送もちゃんと追跡できる形で送られてきたので、ばっちり安心だと思っていたのに中身が違うとは……
最初の頃は問い合わせメールに返信が来ていましたが、『担当に確認中します』を最後に2週間連絡が途絶えています。詐欺なので利用しないようご注意ください。
追記:ようやく連絡がついて正しい商品が送られてきましたが、なぜかパッケージが全部真っ黒で、確認のため全て開封して中身とサイズを計測するのが非常に手間でした….(サイズ間違ってるのもありましたがもう気にしないことにしました)
物自体はとても好きですが、もう利用することはないでしょう。
I ordered totally 16 rings, But the posted packet contained 2 rings.
And packet label is saying “Melles on the Moon” & “Klondlke Fusion”, however There are “Tropical Paradise “ and “GLO Black”.
I got a mail response at first, but after I got a reply saying “We'll speak to our shipping and production team and address the issue as soon as possible”,
after that I've been out of email responses for two weeks.
PS: I was finally contacted and the correct product was sent to me, but for some reason the packaging is all black! And it was very time-consuming to open everything to check and measure the contents and size.... (Some of them were the wrong size, but I decided not to worry about it anymore.)
I really like the thing itself, but I don't think I'll be using it again.
