The restraint I bought is useless!!

The restraint I bought is useless!!! there is not restraint, cant tighten any thing and the straps what's suppose to tighten,,,, the plastic buckles broke as soon as I tighten them,, waste of money and my night in!!!! Very disappointed, at my age you don't waste a Stiffy !!!

Speedy delivery, tofu product

Speedy delivery, tofu product.
Only goes to 16cm. made in China.
Nearly ripped my pp off, suction too strong.
Bottom seal tore on 2nd use.
Rotation feature keeps disconnecting
Plastic ring above the 16cm mark broke off first time.

Marketing of Chinese product deceptively close to that of luxury brand

I had ordered a product branded "Lelos". This is deceptively close to the luxury brand name "Lelo", which is what I had wanted to get. I was very disappointed when I received the product - a Chinese brand with no mention of any brand, Lelos, Lelo or anything else.
I immediately contacted the mysexshop on the email address provided to express my annoyance about the deceptive branding, and delayed writing this review, hoping for a response. I have not yet heard anything.

On the positive, the buying process was easy and communication good.
