Email contact & Delivery perfect and very knowledgeable interactions with everyone. Instructions excellent and very clear. Quality of wardrobes/fittings and doors better than expected. Highly rated and will be using again.

The MSW website is easy to use with really good graphics to show how our wardrobe doors would look. The ordering process was easy with a confirmation email received by return. After checking our order I realised I had made a minor error and dealing with MSW team to amend the order was absolutely no problem. Our doors were then delivered on time.
I am no joiner but the assembly instructions were easy to follow such that we are delighted with the final product. My wife shows them off to everyone that comes in our house! Thank you MSW. Quality product at a reasonable price

Excellent wardrobes! I found the pricing to be great value compared to other companies. The delivery arrived right on schedule with no issues at all. The wardrobes are in perfect condition with no faults. Would definitely order from them again.

We wanted a good supplier of sliding wardrobe doors, they were very helpful with advice from the start to the delivery. The doors and runners fitted exactly, very easy to fit and at a very good price too, we will be using them again when we get more to fit.

Great company to deal with easy ordering of bespoke doors , and was very helpful on phone with help on fitting after delivery, The doors look great and have had lots of compliments from friends and family, Would have no hesitation using again in the future and recommending to others.

These guys provided an awesome service. We had a very short leadtime and they managed to make them and deliver in time, which was amazing,
My chippy friend and I installed the doors, and it was straight forward. The soft close attachments are well worth it. I'd recommend making sure your measurements are as accurate as possible and I am glad Aaron stressed this to me during our chat.

I have really enjoyed the website. You can really design your wardrobe doors as you please. Choose The colours and you can get a visual of how it would look. The process is easy. The explanation from jargon is well explained with drawings do you minimise errors. Delivery was very good. Communication between the company and myself great. Can’t fault it. Will order again.

I'm over the moon with my sliding wardrobe, sturdy, great quality, all for a fantastic price. There was a small issue with the delivery of an end panel, I emailed to let the company know, I have never received such good customer service, the issue was resolved, and I believe that the person I spoke with went over and above to organise a new end panel to come the next day! Fantastic company to deal with. I would not hesitate to pass on this company to family or friends.

Great customer service, particularly from Aaron. He guided me through the best options for the interior based on sketches I provided, ensuring I ordered just what was required for the bespoke layout.
On the day of fitting there was a a bit of an error by the installer which meant some additional shelving was required.
The fitter and Aaron sorted it out between them so the job could be completed very soon afterwards.
Sometimes mistakes can happen, but it’s how they are sorted out that really matters - and in this case it was exemplary.

Very good communication throughout, the quality of the doors are brilliant and the help throughout the installation process was the best I have ever received from a company.

Would highly recommend to anyone.

Easy to build your wardrobe on the website with quite a few options of door styles and colours to choose from. Once ordered, delivery was fairly quick. Everything was securely packed with no damage reported. Just got to make sure when fitting the casing/frame it is level and square. The tracks were then cut to size and fitted and the doors went on and adjusted no problem. So much better than the old bi-fold doors which were originally fitted. I am very pleased with the result as I am just an average 73 yr old diy-er.

From start to finish I found dealing with this company excellent . My initial queries were dealt with very quickly and in a very friendly and helpful way. Communications were clear and timely. The items were delivered in the arranged timescale by a friendly and helpful man who checked all 6 doors for damage and advised on the best way to store as there would be a long delay before they were to be installed (by ourselves). They have now been installed without any issues and we have 3 beautiful looking built in wardrobes with smooth running doors. Very impressed.
