Customer service disaster
Last month I bought two large planters, one 4 meters long and the other 1 meter. When I received the order, one of the wall panels was missing. That same day I reported the issue to customer service, which operates through an AI answering system that doesn’t solve anything. I had to send more than 50 emails and wait a month without receiving any response from the company.
Out of desperation, I ended up buying this small planter to complete the order I had received incorrectly. A disaster that cost me an additional 90 euros. Only after I made this second purchase did the company contact me and send the missing panel.
I have spent 90 euros due to the company’s incompetence, and now I have 4 panels that I don’t need at all. Very disappointed.
