I've been seeing Emma for several weeks after a suffering a severe injury. She's provided excellent care and ongoing support even between appointments.
She has a wealth of experience and professional expertise which she incorporates into every treatment (physio, massage, acupuncture etc) and provides appropriate exercises and hints and tips. When you are in pain trust is crucial and I trust Emma's treatment 100%.

I’ve been seeing Matt for 4/5 weeks now about a problem with my heel and he was excellent. He sorted me out with treatment and then exercises to go away and do which definitely helped! Would highly recommend and will use again in the future

Been seeing Katie for several months now and she has been excellent. Great bedside manner - fun but professional. Very passionate about what she does and striving to improve her knowledge and skills. Not afraid to ask her proessional colleagues for a second opinion. She has significantly improved my condition and I hope will help me resolve it in the coming months. Thank you for everything.

I could hardly walk when I contacted Nailsea Physio.I was seen within 2 days. Now 4 appointments later and with a structured exercise program Im' walking and almost pain free. Amazing, so helpful, taking time to explain every procedure.I would recommend them to anyone.

Very good service from a very knowledgeable physio. The online exercises are also helpful to complement your treatment.

I recently had a hamstring tear. Emma and the team managed to get me an early appointment and with a combination of ultrasound, massage and taping, got the bruising down very quickly. I’ve now have a set of easy to follow exercises sent straight to my ‘phone, so hopefully be back to normal soon. I’m sure the quick and thorough response has shortened my recovery time a lot. It’s fantastic to have such a great facility right in the centre of Nailsea.

I would thoroughly recommend Andrea at Nailsea Physio. I injured my calf muscle running and, through a mixture of a comprehensive exercise programme and regular physiotherapy, he helped me recover. I particularly liked the focus on the home exercises which developed during the course of the treatment. Thank you Andrea.

Really impressed with Nailsea Physio. I have used them a few times over the past couple of years and their therapists are highly skilled. I had a hip injury that had been bothering me for about 3 years. A few sessions with Emma and I have been pain free for over a year. I’m now having treatment with Matt for my shoulder; he is also an excellent therapist.

I see Kate for regular sports massages on my upper back/ shoulders and I would 100% recommend seeing Kate or any of the other sports therapists. When I go for a session my muscles are always tight and when the session is finished my muscles are much more relaxed all thanks to the fantastic service they offer.
I love the fact that Kate explains to me which of the muscles are right and which muscles need stretching.

Went to see Katie as my shoulders and neck were painful which was causing me to have headaches. Through a combination of massage and acupuncture Katie relieved the stress I was holding in my shoulders. Great job.

My assessment appt. with Katie was thorough, detailed and fully explained the damage to my shoulder and the subsequent muscle tissue. Katie provided pressure to the areas that were causing discomfort, and results after the first visit and the following week, feel "well on the road" to returning to function of my shoulder and the surrounding areas.

Nailsea physio were brilliant. Sports massage with Rosie was great. She got rid of all my tight areas and was lovely to talk to. Would recommend.

I’ve been a client of Emma’s for many years and she has always helped me to recover from various issues with my calves, shoulders and lower back. Always friendly, attentive service and professional advice with efficient diagnosis. Recently also used Rosie’s services and was equally impressed with her skill at massage and dry needling. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to my friends and running buddies!

Thanks for the advice and treatment for a podiatry issue. Treatment + following advice = foot pain now gone. Being able to sleep and walk again is a big win.

I would not hesitate to recommend Katie Lewis at Nailsea Physio. On my first appointment she took a thorough history and quickly gave me confidence that I was in safe hands. Katie is happy to answer questions and gives me exercises that are manageable and adapted to my ability. Since starting treatment I have experienced a huge improvement in my longstanding knee pain and also an increase in my back mobility.

Professional and well organised practice. I have had a number of sessions with Andrea and am seeing a definite improvement of my condition. Exercises are demonstrated well with follow up demonstration via email which is so helpful. Wholeheartedly recommend.

I was fitted in at very short notice for severe back pain. The treatment was fully and clearly explained and very effective. I was given follow up exercises and the correct techniques were also demonstrated and explained. I have no hesitation in recommending Nailsea physio.
