I was able to make an appointment on-line, which was nice and easy, it enabled me to state which gender I was willing to see. I was then able to make an appointment time and date, which was convenient for me. The receptionist was helpful polite and efficient. The physiotherapist was through, he took a detailed history of the injury and used diagrams and models to explain the injury. I was given excercises to do which were demonstrated and sent via email, as was the follow-up appointment and date. Excellent service.

Andrea was professional, knowledgable and friendly. The sessions I had helped tremendously, and eased a lot of pain I was in. Nailsea physio is not money orientated, and more patient focused recommending only as much physio as you require. I would highly recommend Nailsea Physio.

I’m so pleased to have been directed to Nailsea Physio. For some months I’ve had problems with the joints in my hand, wrist and shoulder and have been seeing an Orthopaedic Surgeon. Although it has been found that I’ve slight Osteoarthritis in the joints of my hand and slight Carpal Tunnel they would not have caused the problems I have, and surgery would not help. The only thing that was recommended was Physiotherapy. A health professional mentioned they had heard good reports about Nailsea Physio, and I can agree that they are definitely worth a visit. Katie has helped resolve the shoulder issue and much improved the movement in my wrist and hand, which has been noticed by my Orthopaedic Surgeon.

I injured my shoulder while working in the area and visited to see if they could help. Did all she could in the time I was down there and all the rehab I was told to do has fixed it up well. Very helpful,Katie did a great job.

I can truly recommend Andrea at Nailsea Physio. I have had two separate conditions requiring two different treatments: both very positive.

I booked an appointment with Emma’s team based on the very positive experiences of friends and family in the past, and wasn’t disappointed. My physio sessions with Vanessa have been highly productive in repairing and strengthening muscular issues with my lower back and legs, and throughout she has been thoroughly professional, knowledgeable and empathetic. She has also ensured that I have the right ongoing exercise programme to avoid similar problems in the future. Highly recommended!

Superb, highly professional service. I was able to secure a convenient appointment within 48 hours. My pain was significantly relieved following my treatment. Supporting exercises were demonstrated, the benefits of which were explained, and I received details of these both by email and on paper. I would not hesitate to recommend Nailsea Physio.

I have been going to Emma for years for my physio needs as she is amaaaaaazing. Her team is also excellent and I am currently seeing Emily for another injury & she really listened and gave me some good advice and exercise to follow & I can feel the difference already - such a good physio team - I can highly recommend!

My name is June and I had some treatment with Andrea for back pain. Happy with the treatment and back pain has improved.

Went to Nailsea Physio because of back and leg pain due to compressed nerve. Had an initial assessment with Vanessa who identified some issues with weakness and posture. i was given my first set of exercises which gave some relief over the following 2 weeks. Had second session with more exercises. I am gaining strength in my legs and am able to walk further before leg pain starts.

I have used Nailsea Physio on a few occasions and the treatments, both hands on and exercises, have resulted in huge improvements and elimination of conditions.
You receive great service in a welcoming environment.

Andrea is very thorough and set me up on a great programme to assist with my recovery from a chest injury. This took all of my circumstances in to account with realistic time frames and goals. I'm now well on the way to a full recovery and actually enjoying some of the new exercises I`ve been given as part of my rehab!

Nailsea Physio is an excellent place for physio assessments, massage, hands on treatment and acupuncture among other things. The new premises are welcoming, very clean and well resourced. Emma has been amazing at helping me with a number of physical problems and is always hands on, relieving me of problems with my knee, back and wrist. She has a range of techniques that she uses, not available elsewhere. I highly recommend Nailsea Physio.

I started physio with Emma following a fall. Emma listened and clearly explained what she thought was the problem. This was followed up with excellent treatment and an easy to follow exercise plan emailed to me after each session. A massive improvement in just a handful of sessions. Would highly recommend.
