Nice. On time. Respectful. Knowledgeable. It’s hard to find great customer service these days but Raphael exceeded our expectations with his outstanding customer service.

The technician Scott was amazing and fixed a challenging stove issue. The Nana system was not so amazing and we had many scheduling issues. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

The technician was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and quick.

Zachary was very friendly, considerate and knowledgeable. He repaired the fan in my Haier fridge in a flash and I’m grateful to have a properly working cooled fridge and freezer that freezes. Thank you for your service !

Julius was very professional and resolved the issue with my washing machine. He was a good diagnostic to determine the problem.

I thought it was a scam but I was wrong... I did everything online, my appointment, the parts Everything I do was by the assistant computer, (robot) I trust it... three days later they sent me the parts I needed and the day of my appointment arrived…. Since no one texted me, not communication , I thought they was a scam I call the number for repairman and he answer saying he was on he's way , I was surprised it was true !! and now I enjoy my icemaker that Antonio Vences fixed!! Thank you Nana repair .
