Excellent service and the ring is perfect!

Wonderful experience. Payments were easy. Would definitely buy from here again for the wedding band!

Ring was gorgeous came in a beautiful lighted gift box

Beautiful ring and exceeded expectations. Fast replies, great communication and quick delivery, even for me in Australia. Thank you so much, she absolutely loves it!

Amazing beautiful ring. Was skeptical to buy a ring off line without viewing it but exceeded my expectations. Communication from business was exceptional and they even rushed the order for me.

I was hesitant about ordering my ring online at first but these guys are the real deal. The quality of the setting and the stone itself is better than I could’ve imagined. It’s beautiful. I never leave reviews but these guys went out of their way to help me get my ring in time. Thanks a lot!

I order my new ring earlier this and received it about 3 weeks after I paid it off. It is gorgeous and I’m so happy with my purchase! My husband plans to order another band to add on to what I have for our anniversary. Customer service was very responsive and great to work with as well!

Outstanding value and quality product! She loved, loved, loved her ring and so did I. Customer service was superb, prompt, timely, ALL the time. I highly recommend this retailer. A++++++

Found the perfect ring and used the layaway plan to pay for it. Customer Service was very responsive when I wanted to arrange a payment. The ring was shipped and arrived in a decent amount of time as it came from Jerusalem. I was able to surprise my fiancé and she was stunned when I proposed in a darkened room, due to the ring box having a light in it. The ring sending sparkles all over the room. She of course said YES.

Excellent customer service. All the questions were answered promptly and satisfactorily. Got my girl a princess cut in a cathedral setting to mark our 4 years of togetherness. I love that she absolutely loves it. Got a great discount to boot! Totally worth it.

Excellent customer service, nothing but helpful throughout the whole process. Highly recommend

Bought a ring and had it checked, turns out its a fake diamond!!! Three different experts checked ring and its 100% not a diamond.

Asked for a refund was to send ring back which happy to do. They will send returns labels but won't send them until i have the serial inscribed on the ring??? This sound extremely strange to me and unsure why I need to do this!
Just getting basic response of wont send returns until i have proof its engraved.

At my wits end. Dont use. Not real diamonds and openly admitted they have supply issues and after reading reviews I have duped like many others!!! I want a full refund!!!

Beautiful ring. Delivery was fast and I believe the ring was everything advertised

Natalie Diamonds thank you so much. The ring I purchased for my Kristina is just exceptional!! She loves it! I was a bit nervous about purchasing such an item over the internet but with that being said. I highly recommend you!! Very satisfied customer here. Thanks again

We set a date and picked a ring, Natalie Diamonds was better than all the others, in customer service and the entire purchase. The quality of our ring is breath taking, the ring box and presentation bar none. We’ve had sooo many compliments. Any future purchase will be with Natalie Diamonds! This is a 5 star company

Amazing company. Best prices and best quality rings. Bought two from this site and they have both been flawless.
From placing my order to getting the ring took around 3 weeks.
Communication with the company was effortless and replies within a day.
Can't recommend them enough.
Amazing.

Can't fault anything my parcel arrived on time thanx

I have to admit I was a little concern due to some negative reviews. The customer service is great. I even had to change the ring size and still received on time. I love this ring and so does my fiancé.
