Had a booking for a fitting but for some reason they would not take / dispose of old tyres. However they said if I were to take their tyre insurance at 9.99 for each tyre then disposal of my old tyres would be no problem!! Very bad practice / disingenuous. I will be contacting Trading Standards.

Over two weeks ago, a TPM sensor in my wheel was damaged during a tyre replacement carried out by your team. Since then, I have been chasing your company for resolution through numerous calls and emails, only to face delays and a complete lack of support.

Despite my persistent efforts, I have found it impossible to speak to a manager or anyone capable of addressing my concerns effectively. The level of customer care provided is wholly inadequate and has caused unnecessary frustration and inconvenience. AVOID!!!!!!

failed my MOT, conveniently on two front tyres and conveniently had two in stock.
I took my car for an MOT elsewhere I trust and it passed.
They wanted to make money off me - seeing a young girl driving a nice car.
Scammers.

I had a puncture and thought using national tyres would be a good idea. I have a child with additional needs so thought a mobile fitter would reduce the stress of having to find cover/support, they also offered a quick service. I called to amend the date on the (8/8/24) to be told they didn't have the tyres in stock, they had alternatives and could fit the next day between 4 and 6pm.No confirmation email sent to confirm call time or changes of tyres - 3 texts to advise me of the change of date and time. The scheduled day arrives,No phone call or sign of them, 5.55pm I get a call to say it would be cancelled there was an issue with the machine and the chap didn't work past 8pm. Very reassuring when you have a temporary tyre. I was told I had to call halfords to rebook. The next day I called to be told it would be booked in Monday between 4 and 6pm. Email confirmation arrives with different time and the same tyres that are out of stock. 12/08 phone call to advise of staff sickness an to cancel appointment again. After moving everything around and ensuring I would be home and have support for my child, generic scripted apology from the poor chap who's got to make the calls to advise yet again the visit would be cancelled. I've been left with no choice but to book for the 3rd time, I will have to leave work early, arrange extra childcare.... to run the risk that it might be cancelled again.a word of advise...DO NOT USE if you think you will get a quick service or more convenient at home.

Had an MOT before christmas and the car failed its MOT, which confused me as i had just had the car Pre-moted and they told me its fine, taken it to main dealer to have parts replaced and the master tech let me know that what was brought up on the mot was no problem with my car whatsoever, they have moted the car and has come back with no issues.

Had 2pm appointment duly arrived 10mins before as requested. However did not start to do my tyre until 3pm. As I was waiting it would have been good to have had a message letting me know that they were running late. Would have been better if they had tea/ coffee / cold drinks available. Team kept me informed once I arrived at site

The staff at National tyres and Autocare were very helpful in managing my order.

I bought two tyres on 25/07 and booked on 29/07 via Halfords. I went the National garage, in Basingstoke on the booking day and I was told to leave the car with them and come back after one hour. When I came back I was told the tyres haven't arrived. What a service! I will never use this company again.

very disappointing and ridicules customer service since halford take the business.
Had an appointment todays waiting time for an hour and after that i have been informed that alignment machine having battery charging system and i need to rebook the appointment, I came back in the garage later and after an hour they informed me again sorry the system is not getting my car model which is software bug and they have been facing almost every week which is a ridicules response and time wasting experience and not helpful staff.

The staff were cheerful and chatty kept me informed of how long the work would take, the place had a good feel generated by the attitude of the employees.

Received great service, they were very quick at changing the tyres and sorting out the problem. Very kind as well
