Easy online website. Good choice of times to attend. Really nice Manager Wayne at Holdenhurst Road Bournemouth branch. Thanks to Terry the fitter for fitting the 4 tyres.

Easy to find and choose what I required

Booked 30 points safety car check for £14.99 and free battery check. Came to the garage and was told that they only have battery check on their system and they can't do 30 points check because it's not showing on their system.

Great service from my first time using the Halfords National Tyre and Autocare centre. The staff were great to deal with and very professional, and also transparent in prices of items. Look forward to getting another major service in the future

Booked the car for 11:30 at Holdenhurst Rd, Bournemouth.
Dropped it off at 11:15 and they told me to come back in an hour. I came back 1h30 mins later and the car was not done.
It then took them another hour to to do my car.
After I left I realised that the paperwork I was given didn't include a work sheet/ report for the wheel alignment as most places do. I only had an invoice and a blank vehicle health report.
I left at approx 13:45 (2h30 mins) , after having the wheel alignment done, a job that normally takes 30 minutes.
Not impressed.

Very easy and quick booking. Confirmation came via email in few seconds. Price for MOT was very good. They send reminders for MOT approaching.

I made4 an order and paid for it, based on the information on your website, for 2 new tyres. When I went to get them fitted, I was told they were the wrong tyres and I was charged an extra £40 for what was put on which had lower efficiency & grip. Also whilst I had asked for the rear tyres to be changed, your computer had the front. Fortunately I was able to correct your team. Not a very good experience!

I took my car for tyres and wheel alignment, when I got there around 10.30 am I was told the alignment machine not working. Why no one bothered to let me know in advance and could have made appointments for wheel alignment somewhere . Even to arrange with another branch. So now have to use new tyres without any wheel alignment. I can not get a booking soon..

Great service tyres seem fine fitted really quickly highly recommend
