Booked online to swap two tyres. Paid £3 for time slot as well. Came 10 minutes before booked time. Car taken by mechanic 30 minutes after booked time slot. Waiting another 35 minutes changing 2 tyres!!! How this crap company can make any money on this service?

Was quoted £378 to change spark plugs, bought my own for £60 and garage round the corner fitted them for £20. It took them 15 minutes won't be going back to national tyres

I booked an appointment after my vehicle was making strange noises. All the staff were incredibly helpful and although a lot of work was needed it was completed on the same day. Supper happy with their help and assistance especially with my two children with me.

My locking wheel nut was a little bent and I couldn't get my wheel off to change it. I went to national tyres to ask for help and not only did he manage to get the nut off for me he changed the whole wheel over really quickly. I was happy to pay him for an hour of his time but he was so kind he didn't take anything from me.
I don't usually write reviews but I'm so incredibly grateful and I highly recommend this company and their friendly staff

I made a mistake on the online bookings for tyres, the team saw this mistake informed me they would get the right tyres that I needed. 3 days later, the tyres hadnt turned up on the order so the staff went to other depots in their own time to complete my tyres and get the job finnished.

I went to change tyres, had booked and paid for it, but when i arrived i've been told that they cannot do wheels alignment as machine is broken, and 15 minutes later when i left, they called to say that they cannot change my tyres either as they don't have it in stock. My money will be refunded from 3-5 days, now i don't have money to reorder nor i have new tyres. I booked it few days before my trip, and now it's not ready. Just bad experience.

Andrew and his team at Corby National Tyre Centre are Ace. They are accommodating and always get the job done. I have been using this branch for a good few years now. The last time I had my wife's car serviced, and the recent visit was for both front tyre replacements. The service from these gentlemen is always great.

Booked to have four tyres fitted at a cost of £1100. They were short staffed so took just over 2 hours. When driving home car felt strange and wasn’t handling well, checked pressures and they were far to high and all different. Not what I expected from so called professionals. Order ref:W7813856

I booked my car on line to have the two rear tyres replaced. It was a very user friendly system. The manager Andy was very polite and helpful. He replaced the tyres. I have been going to National Tyres for the last ten years, with my previous car. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t go any where else for tyres.

I do not smoke, and I don’t allow smokers in my car.

I made the mistake of not inspecting my car before leaving the garage.

Noticed a large crack on my windscreen approx 15 minutes later.

I have no doubt this damage was caused in the garage.

However I have not complained as I know I have 0 chance. Due to the fact I can’t prove damage was caused there.

The instructions were easy to follow. I liked the payment security check. Great.

It was the worst customer service! Booked my car for oil service for Sunday at 10am, I arrived and was told they could not service the car because they don’t keep filters in store which was fair enough. I was then rescheduled for Monday afternoon. The guy that served me was very rude and did not acknowledge me on arrival. When I eventually managed to sign my car in, I asked him for an estimate of how long it would take and he proceeded to say ‘I’ll call when I’m done’. All I needed was an estimate as I had to take some time off work due to the company cancelling my appointment the previous day.

Worst experience ever. Ordered tyres online as was very close to MOT , booked in to be done week later . On the date dropped off my car came back 3 hours later to collect and my old tyres still on - no calls , no emails , no messages about issues . Gone in to cillect car and was told that my ordered tyres haven't been ordered so they cancelled my order and that money will be returned in 5-7 working days what means I will not get my money back till my MOT is due and without chances to buy tyres in different place for mot . So they just not ruined my day but ruined everything. Comunication below 0 dissapointed and confused what to do as can't pass MOT without tyres . Thanks NationalTyres for amazing experiance

Very easy to book, very flexible, reason why 4 star is because this is the second time having to book it as the first time, tires wasn't delivered in a different branch.

I have been a National Tyres customer for three years, I am very satisfied with the service of the garage and customer service, I recommend it to everyone
