Worse service so far avoid at all costs!! I booked online and was on my way to the branch following my booking. Paying extra fees for a Sunday to get a call my tyres were not in stock! Last minute! So, let alone all the wasted time driving around and stress of work. The person on the phone said come tomorrow but I said I’m working hense why I paid extra to get it done on Sunday. Then I went Kwikfit and they helped me straight away no problem. It cost me because I had to put it on my credit card as I’ve already paid on my debit with national tyres and still not received a refund yet!!!!

I was asked if I was afraid I’d break a nail and if I was worried they’d steal my house keys whilst I was removing my car key for them from my key rings. I expect much better than sexist remarks in 2025.

I was paying for a tyre change, not to be degraded. Not returning and would not recommend the service as a woman at least. Maybe male customers receive standard respect?

I went to National for weel aliement , Thay told me can not be done becouse tie rods are rusti and sield , they sugested me new parts ànd labur for £480, I went for second apinion and they
did weel alliment for £51 without saying anithing about rust....

Booked my car in for a few checks today including a vehicle repair check, suspension, exhaust and brake check. I left the car with them at 8:30am and they confirmed they would need to move the car to test it but at 4:55pm I received a call saying the car was ready for collection. I noticed that my car had not been moved even 1 cm from the exact location I parked and the vehicle health check report they provided was blank (it just listed the checks I had requested with no comments alongside any. They also put fake tyre thread figures down on the report for a newly replaced back right tyre which is a day old so definitely cannot be below the level of the other 3 tyres which are the exact same brand) I have the paperwork proving this new tyre was just fitted. I had been monitoring the vehicle the whole day (but they did not know this). This is dangerous service because clearly they have not checked the vehicle and allowed me to drive off with a clean report after doing no work on the vehicle! It’s clear they just wanted me to collect my car before they closed for the day. Just a complete waste of time!!

Stay away from this place ..awful staff ..lady name Isabella..
Horrible customer service..after having bad service I was upset..instead of making sure customers care she shouted at me and call me 3 times GET OUT..

I have been told that their business model has changed recently, and now they work on comission. For this reason alone - AVOID!

My recent dealings with them involved 2 areas of deceit on their end.
I booked an MOT and service online. They didn't do the MOT, because they said simply by looking at it it would fail immediately. They argued that a track rod was badly deteriorated and needed to be replaced. Had a look myself, barely even any surface rust on it. The next garage didn't even mention it. They told me I would need to spend £1000 getting it through the MOT. Asked for the report myself, saw that half of that was for an advisory anyway. They never did the MOT, but charged me for it and it took me 4 months to get the money back for it.

Very easy service. A very simple to use system.

I received a warm welcome the stuff was so help why because before I got to the National tyre I had visited several places but here was just exceptional even the price I got online shopping was nothing to compare.

The website is easy to use from start to finish and give you discount, depends on how many tyres you will buy.

Had 4 new Rovelo tyres fitted 3years ago by Croydon branch no problems. Unfortunately had a puncture which could not be repaired and decided to have 2 new Autogreen tyres fitted, one of the autogreen tyres started to deflate and suspecting the leak was due to dirt on the inside of the rim, took the wheel back to the branch to have it checked and rectified. The fitter checked the rim with soapy water and could see the leak, but was not prepared to do anything about it. Very frustrating, took the rim and tyre to another well known company, who cleaned the rim of superficial dirt while I waited for £15 and I was on my way in 10 minutes. Why Croydon branch could not have performed that service is anyone’s guess, the short answer is if you want a job done properly and professionally think twice before you go to National tyres.

Great service ,will not take my car anywhere else.
