Booked on line for 4 new van tyres and tracking.Arrived before time which was ok but work carried out later than specified and being late on a Friday. Didn’t see damage to 1 wheel trim as all were slammed on without alignment too valve slot. Don’t believe tracking was done either as they could not give me a print out of results. Excuse was that printer not working. Would I use them again, maybe but would definitely be early as to check they do the job I paid for.

Very easy to book services and appointments

National Tyres website super easy to use and you have control over your choices. National Tyres also gives you plenty of options for payment whether you want to go in full or spread the cost. Brilliant! Especially in the current financial climate. Well done National Tyres! 👍👍👍

Lack of product knowledge following my call centre call to affirm my caravan tyre requirements . I dropped off wheels and was told an hour later that they couldnt fit caravan tyres !

Booked at Grantham, but in small lettering in the email the booking was at Newark! VERY stressful drive to Newark 20 miles away!! Technician at Grantham most unhelpful!

Good priced tyres and only an hour to fit

Made my order online using payment assist and the form is simple and easy to understand.
Hopefully it will be simple when they fit the tyres on Thursday.
I like the idea of being able to spread the cost for buying tyres it takes away the worry and stress it also means you can run the car on exactly the same tyre instead of having different ones on each corner.

The young lady on reception (I'm sorry I've forgotten her name ) was extremely helpful and friendly and solved my problem without any fuss.

On-line booking was a little confusing, as I booked through the National Tyres, however they are now Halfords, which caused the confusion. National tyres claimed that they had not received the tyres but confirmed the booking, but they still carried out my order, as they had stock on the shelf? Further more, when advised by the said Halfords staff within branch; If I had ordered through Halfords I would have also received the 10% discount for fitting 2 tyres?

Within minutes of making a booking for tyres in several days time, I got an email asking for a review.
My policy is that if you have to ask for a review you get a rubbish one.
Marketing and rating seeking gone mad.
Old proverb. Dont fish for compliments, they are only found in shallow water.

Find car n location, easy. Choices need comparison with already fitted.
Discount code, already moved past but have code already submitted, unknown if tyre place could accept after.

I have used National Tyres Grantham before and found them very good hence my decision to use them again. The site is very straight forward to use , albeit not working yesterday when I tried to place my order.

This star given is because other wise can’t comment. I just experienced this company as a bunch of lazy useless people. They gave me date for free break three days and I gave my car all 3 times and walked home. After one hour they will call and tell our mechs are busy can’t check your car today. They are not ashamed to do this not once, thrice. I never ever go there or never advice any of my friends too.
