User-friendly website and helpful trainer assessor

I just completed my Certificate III in Individual Support. User-friendly website, easy to navigate. My trainer assessor "Sharon Thomerson" helped me a lot in completing my studies on time. I could contact her at any time and she was quick to respond to my requests. Student service was also quick to respond whenever I had difficulty with my studies. Overall, the experience is good. I would recommend NCA for your online study.

Student Experience with supportive teacher at NCA

I have been studying Certificate IV in Community Services over the past 6 months at National College Australia (NCA). My teacher is Manvi. Manvi puts on a webinar every week for our class which provides invaluable information, she is available to do one-on-one webinars with me as well. If not for Manvi's commitment to my progress I don’t think that I would be as motivated and successful in my unit completions. I enjoy our group webinars and appreciate my fellow students, we have a laugh together and it is nice to see we all progress together, one unit at a time. The dedication shown by my teacher, Manvi is greatly appreciated and my results are very rewarding. Thank you NCA and especially my teacher and support Manvi Bhutani.

Completed my Cert 4 with this college

Completed my Cert 4 with this college, all online and was self paced. Their communication and support is excellent. Assessors responded on the same or next day if i had questions and were very helpful! Course content was of a high standard. I highly recommend NCA.
