Amazing advice, knowledgeable and very nice and helpful people

I’ve never been in debt in my life or accepted any debt but still get this number calling me daily. As soon as I explain they hang up and call back demanding money again tomorrow. This company is like a legal gang. If they done this to an older/ more mainstream person they would probably have a 90% success rate of extorting money out of good people

This really is a very helpful company. They explain everything in a simple way and really put your mind at ease by the end of the call. Very happy with the service 100%

National debt help line was very helpful to me and answered all my inquiries, i feel confident now in dealing with debts

I first contacted Step Change, but the budgetary part of the process really scared me and I stressed about how I was going to manage it. I then contacted the National Debtline and they walked me through the entire process and completed everything over the phone. Their advice and unwavering support, including forwarding my DRO to Citizens Advice (they deal with the submitted process and take the application to its outcome) has removed a lot of stress and start to believe that a DRO is possible.

A really great positive experience I am currently following instructions from my advisor. My case is ongoing at the moment but I hope it will be the same advisor when I call back in a couple of weeks.
