Finally, a brand that cares as much about the planet as it does about style. The held up beautifully after multiple washes. It's greats to wear something that doesn-t affect the environment.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Total scam-avoid! Ordered & paid for products which were never sent. Won’t respond to emails. Sham of a company & site. Awful that these scammers exist.

Scam. They Ignore your email trying to return..

Their coconut-free (hard to find!) products are soooo good, but their customer service is practically non-existent. I had to shame them on social media to get my moldy hair gel replaced, and watch out for their check-out system. I was offered free shipping THROUGHOUT check-out for my 1 item, then after paying, received a receipt with 7.99 shipping tagged on (I NEVER pay for shipping, so this one stings.) I immediately wrote for them to cancel the order but, surprise surprise, a few weeks later I got notice that it was shipping. Such a shame because I'd buy more often if they were more trustworthy.

Their website lies, saying that they offer free returns. However, if you want to initiate a return, you will receive no reply.

I placed my order on September 17, 2023. I received followup only after numerous attempts to reach out. My order was received on November 20, 2023; 8 weeks post my order date.

Fast forward, after receiving the product, the Watermelon Curl Defining Hair Gel, molded after 7 days. I hadn’t opened the product nor used it yet. I shared my experience with customer service and no one responded or tried to provide assistance.

Needless to say, I was very disappointed and felt my business with them was not valued as a customer.
