Really difficult to write as I've been using Naturally Thinking for 2 years, a local company that did cosmetic safety reports at a reasonable cost for small businesses and supplied all the products. The quality of products is great, the cosmetic safety reports I have done have been quick and efficient with clear guidelines. So what's the problem?? Consistently now every time I go to order products are out of stock, core products, today there are no lids available for 89mm containers, a month ago no epsom salts, before that no Vitamin E. It's a HUGE problem, I'm having to find alternative suppliers, check all the ingredients again and it's stress I don't need. I have emailed but got told it's how it is, but it's happened too many times now. I really feel the business has a major supply issue that they need to sort. It's unfair on small businesses to offer CSPR reports and then to consistently not stock items.

Orders have been repeatedly sent with the lids of caustic preservatives only half on causing leakages and unhappy couriers. Out of stock products are regularly sold with no communication from their office until you enquire about a late order (funnily, they're almost always dispatched once you question them).

Our last order wasn't dispatched for 2 weeks as they again sold us products they don't actually have. When it was, it was again leaking and destroyed by DPD. A company that values their relationship would have dispatched a new order the day this was brought to their attention but that's now how Naturally Thinking works. They expected us to wait a further 5 days for dispatch so we canceled the order and requested a refund.

2 weeks later on the 31st of January and no refund has been made. We asked this to be rectified immediately on the 31st or we would have to do a chargeback. No response so I suggest to anyone else in our situation - just call your bank and get them to handle it.

As I read a couple of the last reviews, I was wary to place my order. I sent an email with a question and got answered very quickly, within 15 minutes.

I asked about a massage oil and its suitability. I got a lovely response from a chap called Dan, and it did put my mind at ease.

I placed my order for a couple of massage oils. Not much; it came to a little over £50, and delivery was Free. It arrived first thing the following day. Considering I hadn't placed it until just before 4, I was impressed.

Everything was beautifully packaged and labelled, and it was good to see the box was suitable for the products, unlike Amazon, which often sends massive boxes for small items.

The massage oils are gorgeous. The lovely scent is perfect for my requirements and the quality feels good.

I have had a very good experience and will use them again.

Terrible customer service. We have waited for an order since 9. september, asked for a refund since they cannot deliver what seams to be availible on their site, just to get a message that says that it was not in stock. Order number 101429
Tired of waiting we finally got a respond 9. november that the refund was sent to the account office. Still has not heard anyhing, or received any money that we had prepaid. Terrible. Refund our money please over 450 GBP.

As others have said the customer service and order fulfilment of this business is quite simply the worst I have ever experienced. The order for £250 was placed on 7/10/22 and as of today 8/11/22, I still haven't received it despite being promised on two separate occasions that they would deliver the next day! There is never anyone available to answer the phone and it takes days and days to get an email reply if at all. I can't understand how a company can be this bad. I will sadly have to discontinue ordering from them.

I’m really sad to be writing this. I love the products have used them for years. But the lack of communication and customer service is appalling. Iv no massage oil, Iv email and phoned and asked when my delivery will arrive and have had no response. I’m gutted but can’t continue to use this company as what’s a massage business without a massage medium. Let’s hope I get my money or the oil. Please respond to my emails naturally thinking.

Great products but customer service and shipping times could be improved a lot.

I am very disappointed the customer service is very poor specially if you are doing online buisness I suppose this is the primary thing to have in place. I just wanted to come and leave a review as I have been using this company for quite a while now and I am always pleased with the products and service. I make my own skincare products and buy a lot of my ingredients from them - always first class. Delivery is quick and a couple of times I’ve had to amend my order, contacted them and it’s been sorted no problems. Highly recommended.

A very good products. Absolutely love it. Does the job.

I bought an order including shea butter and mango butter to get it rock hard because of them freezing their products i believe.
Anyone that knows anything about formulating knows that shea and mango butter are the two most softest butters and since me receiving they have not softened.
I needed to use these products straight away and now have to wait at least a week for both butters to soften or going to have to purchase again from somewhere else. I have since asked for a return and refund through email and have had no response! I am not the type of person to keep chasing and chasing people so if they don't answer in the next two days I will need to make a formal complaint! There is enough bad reviews on here to back up my point! Don't trust them atleast 3 of your orders will not be up to scratch.

This product is fantastic it makes your skin feel hydrated and vibrant. I have been using this for over a month now and my skin looks amazing, people have passed comment on how well I look. You have to try this serum, it is brilliant. I will definitely be recommending to my friends and family. Give it a try you will be amazed.

Naturally Thinking are one of my suppliers and I am always happy with their prompt responses to questions and their quick delivery. Really wonderful products too.
