I'm loving buying products for personal and business use and cannot fault them at all. Reasonably priced and smell lovely.

My only down side is I've had to chase delivery of orders twice now, with latest taking 4 weeks. Understandably delays happen, but an email to advise would be helpful. Also both times ive been told the order would be dispatched following day and they haven't been, so ive had to chase it again. Realistic timescales are required.

I've been buying different products from Naturally Thinking for years and have never been disappointed with them or their service. I like their ethos; eco friendly and sustainable.
