We are sorry to hear you feel disappointed with your experience.

However, we would like to clarify that your refund was processed shortly after your most recent contact with us and is currently with your payment provider. Refunds can take up to 3 working days to appear depending on your bank.

Unfortunately, the parcel was not claimed with the courier/customs within the required timeframe. As advised for international deliveries, parcels must be claimed by the recipient, and couriers will typically hold items for up to 30 days before returning them to the sender. At present, the tracking still shows the parcel in the return process and we have not yet received the goods back.

While we completely understand your frustration regarding the delay, this situation was unfortunately outside of our direct control. We have also raised this matter with Royal Mail and are awaiting the return of the parcel.

We always aim to provide the best possible service and regret that you were unhappy with your experience. We really have tried our best to resolve this for you.

We’re sorry to hear the products did not give you the results you were hoping for. We understand how frustrating weak and soft nails can be, especially when you have been using the treatment consistently for several weeks.

Nail condition can vary greatly from person to person, and factors such as lifestyle, health, previous nail damage, and nutrition can all affect results and the speed of improvement. While many customers do see positive changes, unfortunately we appreciate that not every product works the same way for everyone.

We do appreciate your honest feedback and are pleased to hear you still found the products pleasant to use as a nail polish. Thank you again for giving our products a try.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry to hear of your disappointment.
Having looked into this further, your dispenser is now over two years old. Whilst we completely appreciate your point regarding refill products, dispensers unfortunately do experience wear over time, particularly with formulas containing natural pumice which can place additional strain on pump mechanisms if residue builds internally over extended use.

At present, we do not manufacture or hold individual spare pump parts separately, which is why we were unable to offer a replacement component on this occasion. We absolutely understand this may feel frustrating and appreciate your comments regarding sustainability and longevity.

We do want to reassure you that issues of this nature are extremely uncommon for us, however we do appreciate that does not lessen your own experience with the product.

Thank you for your feedback. We take concerns like this seriously and would like to clarify the situation for transparency.

We have been in contact with you and have reviewed the videos you provided.

Based on what we have seen, and following a full review by our production team, the issues shown appear to relate to replacement parts not being fitted as advised and, in at least one case, damage consistent with incorrect reassembly or third party unauthorised repairs, rather than a manufacturing fault.

The footage also does not clearly demonstrate which machine is being shown, which has limited our team’s ability to assess each reported issue accurately.

Of the six machines mentioned, four are outside of their warranty period. Despite this, we have continued to offer support and have supplied replacement parts in good faith where possible.
As requested, we have not received any of the machines back for inspection.

Without being able to examine the units directly, there is a limit to what we can reasonably diagnose or repair, particularly where multiple machines and differing faults are reportedly present.

We do not recognise that no support has been provided. We have responded, reviewed the information shared, and taken steps to assist. However, resolving this requires cooperation, including fitting the supplied parts or returning units for proper assessment.

We remain willing to work towards a resolution and would encourage you to respond to our most recent email so we can move this forward constructively.
