Professional, knowledgeable & efficient
We used Naylor Solicitors to help us purchase our freehold. It wasn't as straightforward as we'd hoped as the previous freeholder, and his solicitors were difficult to deal with (not responding to calls or emails etc,) which delayed things and caused us a lot of stress.
At one point the freeholder threatened to pull out of the sale and not sign the paperwork despite previously agreeing to. Our solicitor Adam was swift in his response, reminding the other side that we had a verbal agreement and that they were risking us taking legal action in that regard, they relented and he was then able to make sure the sale went through as agreed.
I highly recommend Naylor Solicitors, the team worked in unison so all our needs were covered. We're so grateful for the care that we received.

Unethical firm, will rob their client don’t trust James
This firm is one of the most unethical firm I have had to deal with. Has an client I feel robbed by James. His approach to cases are how can I make the most money out of the client. Him and his team will milk you like a cow for your money. This firm has no remorse, has solicitors they will prey their clients on how to make the most money for firm and not even think about how to get the best result for their clients. I have spend over £50k with this firm and the case is in the same place has it was before I spend £50k.
My case was purposely delayed and blow up with the third party so James can make the most money he can out of me.
When they charge you they really go for the most they can, they will charge you £1.00 for stamp to send to third party, minimum £50 for a call that lasts 2 minutes from James to his clients. Hence if you make 4 short calls to you will end will £100 bill in one day. This would not even be a call to third party these charges are to call you has his client.
This firm needs to be reported to the SRA.
Please clearly stay away from this firm.
