After I was knocked off my bike I was advised to make a claim from the Driver's Insurance company. A lady I work with advised that I contact David McWilliam who she knew and who dealt exclusively with bicycles accident claims. I made an appointment to see David. He listened to my story, explained all the procedures so I understood and from then until the completion of the payment from the Insurance Company was professional and efficient in every way. He constantly communicated with me about how everything was progressing and gave advice where necessary until payment was made.
I so appreciated all he did for me to get a payment for my pain and suffering from the injury.

bad experience, caused more trouble than help

The solicitor’s office, acting on behalf of the sellers in this property transaction, has consistently demonstrated slow response times and a lack of thoroughness in providing information. As a result of their ineffective handling of the matter, the purchase has been delayed by over two to three months.

From first Speaking to David Walton after 6 in the evening I had confidence that we were in safe hands. Through the process he went above and beyond in all matters . Nothing was too much trouble, every query was speedily asked and answered. I have moved frequently over the years and this has been the smoothest , least trouble , stress less of any. When there have been concerns over others who have prevaricated ,David has been a calming influence.
I have no hesitation in saying that I would use him again for any legal needs.
