I love my new stick!! The entire process is easy peasy with plenty of choice. I made an error with the delivery information which ended up with the parcel being returned to Neo Walk 😬 after a quick message all was rectified and I have received my beautiful custom stick the very next day.

I love my new stick, beautiful colour .

Nice sturdy canes. I have purchased from them multiple times. The only problem is that on my most recent purchase of the Iced Latte stick, the colour was not as pictured on the site, and is honestly kind of gross looking. The other three canes I have bought from them over the years have been beautiful and perfect, though.

My goods arrived quicker than I expected, and were safely delivered and well packed. I had a query, which was remedied quickly and succinctly. A good company to do business with. Thank you.

I attended the hub with my mum and the welcome we received from Will and Lindsay was exceptional.
Will was patient talking through all options, explaining the benefits and ensuring I was happy with height and shape. I felt comfortable and there was no pressure on making a decision.
I have coveted a Neo-walk stick ever since I saw it on Dragon’s Den but for a number of reasons it has taken until now to materialise. Having the chance to visit the Hub made my wish come true .. twice in fact as I am now the owner of a DNA twist and a glass slipper.
My sticks are admired by many not just other mobility users and I am proud to tell them about Neo-walk and show off my beautiful purchases.
The speed of delivery was very fast and when I contacted customer service the service was just as good as is person.

Was easy to put my stick together, and I'm very pleased with it.

I have struggled for ten years to find a feminine (yet robust) walking stick that is tall enough for me- until I found Neo Walk.

I had great fun building my stick and the website was very easy to navigate- despatch was in good time.

The stick itself is B-E-A-utifil! I chose the DNA pattern and was pretty reserved in my colour choice- but I will save up and get myself a second (more colourful) one when I can 🤞 🌈 💫

The only reason they have not received five stars is due to the price. It’s sad that something that is not a luxury could cost so much. A lot of this is due to the tax, which is not Neo Walk’s fault- but price and delivery charges could be better… even just a teeny tiny bit.
