It’s a wonderful stick - such a delicate colour but it makes me think of Spring!

I'm obsessed! My new Neo Walk stick is so fabulous! I'm getting compliments all the time now, no more looks of pity. It's a huge confidence boost and spices up any outfit.
I could order some samples first, so that was great for the decision process.

The stick is a little bit on the pricey side, but totally worth it! I'm in Germany, so with shipping and taxes I spent 146 € on it. 10 days between my order and the delivery were quite fast. Is was packed well and arrived unharmed.

If you too don't want to hide, just because you need a walking aid: Get yourself one of these sticks! ❤️

Pretty straightforward. Website is a bit clunky, like an e-commerce template that didn’t quite fit.

Now bought a few sticks for my wife, and happy with the service and quality every time.

I adore my new stick, it is magnificent, well made, good quality and the customer service prior to order being dispatched was amazing. Checked I was ordering right length, it was sent really fast, I had it in 3-4 days I was so excited and it did not disappoint.

So first the good things, beautiful colours and light up option.

Bad things : I did use the build your stick option, so when I click spiral blue I thought it was just a inside design and outside would be smooth, it was not and the still image didn't show this. The bottom plastic bit is too big and the stick move around a lot in it, so the sticks leans abit too easy making it not as stable. I clicked yes to rubber handle but get this, you have to click no apparently to bring up different colour options which didn't make sense to me, so I got it sent without a rubber handle. They said I could resend back and pay extra for the rubber handle, which meant more money to send it back as well. Which I didn't think was fair considering how they didn't make the options clear enough, I'm not in love with the stick and regret buying it. But I would be willing to give them another shot and purchase a better stick then the one I got.

Update : I tried them again, this time I'm genuinely impressed. So the handle with grip comes with gel inside, making the handle seem more comfortable. Colour I went for this time was a smooth yellow and a t handle. So much better for handling and walking with. I bought a chain link and this stick has given it more freedom so it comfortable on my wrist and not restrained. Only downside is the weight of it but that is to be expected with glass type. The handle came with a little scratch mark but that because of transit which can't be helped and doesn't bother me that much. So I have updated my stars to full amount. Well done neo walk you have changed my mind

First off. It is a solid assistive mobility stick. But that’s just where it begins and ends as one very stylish piece.

Selecting the correct height is crucial for posture and long-term comfort- so get help with measurements to suit you. I also appreciated that their team member Natalie, was super responsive, when I had questions about the options. Thanks Natalie!! Amazing customer service really makes a difference, when shopping internationally.
The ordering process itself , was straightforward & pricing was transparent. I’m on NDIS and was able to submit my invoice as low cost assistive technology, with a copy of my bank statement to show the conversation rate from UK TO AUD $ & it was reimbursed to me no problem. While a custom cane is more expensive than a standard pharmacy option, it felt justified given the level of personalization and craftsmanship involved. I’m forever thankful to Neowalk for helping me stay safe at home and in the community.
When the cane arrived, it was securely packaged and beautifully presented. Delivery took 6 days to Perth! Incredible!
In daily use, the difference was noticeable. The height felt correct for my posture, reducing strain on my shoulder. The handle was comfortable to hold for extended periods, and the cane felt sturdy and well-balanced on different surfaces. Turning the light on made it feel perfect. It lights up the pathway ahead or a restaurant with ease. So many people asked about where I purchased it. It’s a show stopper!! Beyond functionality, the design itself was elegant and unique — it felt less like a medical aid and more like a personal accessory.

Overall, I would recommend Neowalk to anyone looking for a walking cane that prioritises both function and individuality. If you’re considering a custom option, take the time to measure carefully and explore the available handle styles before ordering.

Easy to use website to work out the type and size of stick I needed. Love my pink glittery walking stick and it arrived really quickly. Thank you. I have a gold glittery one and always get loads of compliments on it, thy are worth paying for to make you feel good about yourself as well as being practical!

I bought Pretty in Pink, I love it,
I chose the light up one, but didn't realise you have to take the stopper off to turn it on, had I known I wouldn't have bothered, also there was no assembly instructions, what is the metal washer for and the coloured plastic counters?

I was so excited to receive my very first Neo walking stick to assist during my MS flares. Unfortunately, mine came with a crack in it. The box was extremely beaten up when it came in so I believe it happened during shipping, but it’s still so disappointing. I’ll be ordering a new one when I have the extra money.
