I love this company for their products but also for their genuine wish to make are lives better by the product that they sell, the disabled community gets overlooked quite often in life and by the General public as a whole but this company does not do that at all. The quality of their products is testament to just how much they care about us, I love all of the canes that I have purchased and the accessories as well, they always packaged them well always arrive on time never damaged you can tell that they care by the way they package your orders up, l love the variety of colours and a different shape handles that you can pick your cane and the fact that you can make it lighter up as well. It’s just the icing on the cake. Highly recommend this company 10/10 🧑‍🍳 💋

Great product and far too expensive. Also they don't listen to their Customer base when this is mentioned. Another thing that really gets me, is that they give 'influencers' 3 free sticks, which just rubs our noses in it. NOT impressed

A responsive company which always puts the customer first. My delivery tracking info was not working and I kept receiving spurious messages that made little sense. Neo-walk helped me with this and, although a little late, my stick arrived safely. Plus, my new stick (Midnight Skye) is awesome.

My third one. I love the clear, I have a pink one and my newest is all white with pink stopper ! I get followed/asked all over the world, with people wondering where I got my sticks. I’m 58 and I could not bear to use those orthopaedic looking ones. They are so resilient and gorgeous!!

Stick arrived super fast and I've had lovely comments about it from folks out and about and even from customers at work.

Figured that after developing joint pain and needing to use a stick to support myself, that if I was gonna hobble around, id hobble around in style. Saw Neo-Walk's stuff, and decided to order one.

The order was placed about 7pm on Wednesday the 19th of November. It arrived at my home before midday on Friday the 21st of November, just in time to take it to a gig that my partner and I were going to. It passed its first trip out with flying colours.

Able to take my weight while walking and standing still, it looks fantastic and its incredibly comfortable. For reference, I got the question mark handle with a rubber grip, and from picking it up each morning to putting it down in the evenings, I've not once felt hand pain caused by this stick.

If you're in need of a walking stick, I highly recommend Neo Walk

Easily ordered on the website, the walking stick arrived quickly and is lovely!

I love my recent purchase however the end cap (rubber stopper) keeps on coming off and I if it wasn’t for others telling me it would off been lost and I could off damaged the stick.
I did contact the CS team who were extremely apologetic and said that a replacement would be sent.
That was a while ago now (Friday 28th Nov) and I haven’t had any updates on it being sent.

All us well in the land of #StrokeChic - strap arrived late night (across the pond, no less!)

EDITED TO ADD (Dec 4, original order = Nov 15), review currently 'in process' - changed from 1 star to 3, as I have finally seen a glimmer of hope - will happily increase the number of stars once I actually receive product!!!

The hardest part is choosing as all the sticks are fantastic. Delivery was fast and tracking was reliable. I love my new sticks (I couldn’t choose just one) and can’t wait to add to my collection!
