I don't know what they put on my face！poor product! Don’t waste money.

By outspokenly support CCP dictatorship and bullying people who fight against it sure says a lot about their moral values. How can I trust them with the products they put on my own skin when their morality is so questionable?

The vicious one start commons all from Chinese who even never gone to this store……why gave this shop 5 stars? These cannnot represent the quality of service of this store. The staff in this shop always like to initiated the trouble and prepended to be the innocent people. The staff in this store are horrible and dishonest. Bad services and poor products I have never experienced.

The staff kept selling their products or services, if you don't purchase anything from them, seems they won't let you go, or being rude to you and their attitude turning bad...

The staff was rude and unprofessional. The owner was irrational and bad mannered,.insisted to speak mandarin and degrade British values

My wife told me there were a lots of bad experience during her visit, the staff keep sneezing without a face mask and won't wash their hands after that.

Moreover, they keep selling their products all the time and once my wife refused to buy more services, their attitude changed suddenly and keep urge her to go asap.

What a ridiculous services and bad experience she had.

Seeing so many complaints here remind me of their bad service. The staff and owner thought I didn’t know Chinese so they discussed about my skin color in front of my face. So offended and racist. Never visit again!

Disgusting, poor experience

This is the worst experience that I have never had. This shop is the worst ever!!!! Services are not professional at all, the staff are rude, the equipments are not sanitized. The entire shop is dirty. Dont waste your money in this shop!!!!!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, Chinese products hurting my skin

poor experience, impolite staff, not worth for women.
but they have special service (especially for men), men will happy to go inside.

Don't try this unless you want bad memory
