Placed an order for £10,000 ofgoods but found the experience pretty painful. The first lady in store in Bath was totally disinterested and said it might be easier to order online as we knew what we wanted but we persisted and got passed to a more helpful younger lady who recovered the situation. Appreciate £10k might not be a lot of money to some people but i felt as if they couldnt be bothered and was definatley one of the worst retail experiences - on a day when they had apaprently lots of head office people down - so head office seemed to trump genuine customer orders! not a great look.

A beautiful sofa and great service and the delivery men were very friendly and took great care.

Walking in to Neptune Bath is always a lovely experience- the ‘rooms’ are beautifully curated and inspirational.
Bath showcased what Christmas could look like and had items to suit all budgets - well done Bath ‘it’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas’🎄

The "2 Rs" delivery team were very helpful and polite when delivering 2 arm chairs.

Abbi was so helpful and gave me great ideas. She was very supportive and encouraging me I now feel so much more confident now and have such a clearer vision. I felt totally overwhelmed before but now with Abbi’s guidance I can’t wait to go ahead with my project and filling my home with neptunes beautiful products. The standard lamp we ordered was of good quality and it arrived, well-packed, within a week.

Every item we have purchased from this brilliant company has been excellent. The showroom at Bath is a joy to walk around and has an amazing cafe.

Great experience, Abi, Mia and Bea at the Bath store were incredibly helpful with design and ordering while the delivery team (Mihai and Ninel) went above and beyond with furniture assembly and placement. Neptune may not be cheap but the product quality and service levels are the best!

Lee and Raul were exceptional. They were polite and efficient. Our kitchen table was assembled with care whilst the bedroom drawers were placed exactly where they were needed.

Fantastic service from start to finish, Alfi & Josh were amazing for us this morning, delivered our lovely sofa, they were both so respectful of our property too. Very caring in the way they put the sofa together.
Called 1/2 hour before they were due to arrive and just really nice guys! Couldn’t fault this service we are very pleased!

My Neptune Kitchen has just been installed and I’m overjoyed. From my first visit to the store in Bath - to meeting my lovely kitchen designer Silvia and everyone involved - it’s been wonderful. Silvia listened to what I wanted and made it happen. My kitchen is very important to me and I now have the beautiful functional family space I wanted. I’m so very happy.

Saw these great barstools in the Bath shop and ordered them online once home and we’d checked the dimensions. Delivered in a couple of days - brilliant. Despite being reassuringly expensive, the quality is superb and they are very comfortable underlining the old adage, “You get what you pay for”.

Efficient
Pleasant staff with good phone attitude that helped take phone order and pay with none of these passwords and login’s etc

I ordered a Neptune emulsion test pot on 28th May which after several phone calls did not arrive until the end of last week - 21st June.
The delay has caused problems with decorating schedules which are very difficult to rebook.
Also told would arrive promptly by courier company but
eventually received by Royal Mail.
