The Belfast Ormeau rd store is an absolute delight to visit the staff are always so professional friendly and helpful and nothing is to much trouble. Staff will source an item quickly and contact directly or arrange delivery. Beautifully organised store to visit and for styling inspiration.

I purchased some Christmas decorations for next Christmas at a very good sale price. They arrived very well packaged. Slight negative with the time delivery took which was 2 weeks, however I would definitely buy from Neptune again

The experience from start to finish was first class!!!!!!

Customer experience in store was poor - such limited flexibility in handle choices became an additional effort, time and cost from us during the buying process - we've seen this done much better elsewheere. And considering the value of the purchase, for such insignificant additional cost, the customer experience potential was lost. Then no comms at all after leaving store until the day before delivery - email updates on status of the delivery process is so easy to do and would have helped us plan work schedules. Then c2 months post delivery we receive a call telling us to collect the replacement hinges - no recognition at all for the late comms on this, no suggestion on delivering these and no information on how these would be installed. We would have purchased the bureau as well but after this experience, we chose another bespoke provider.

I love going into this store, the staff are always so helpful and friendly. It doesn't matter if you're spending £20 or £2000! I have spoken to Niamh quite a few times, such a lovely girl, indeed all the staff are. It's a joy to shop there.

Was getting Christmas tree which I love. Girls so friendly and helpful. Nothings to much trouble.

The shop is over/priced. We have bought three items which were all returned as flawed. These items were considerably dearer than our usual purchases and of inferior quality.

The staff in Neptune are so informative and friendly, they are so good with advice and help you to make the right choice for you.

After speaking to the very nice assistant in the Belfast store who apologised for the mistake I do feel a lot better now with regards Neptune customer service
I cannot fault the products at all in fact I have a Neptune house I am told so I will be purchasing again many times I am sure now that we have sorted out that issue the shop looked beautiful for Xmas so well done and thank you again for the apology that’s all it needed

Staff was very helpful and give good advise on how to display and work with colours

I had to return an idea which was slightly malfunctioning….return accepted and replacement ordered with question. Store was busy and we were looked after very well!
