Item is faulty - all the doors have been attached without appropriate spacers; it is a dresser (very large) so these imperfections are extremely obvious. An expensive mistake.

Take this down please

The welcoming and helpful staff in the Bournemouth Neptune. It is always a pleasure to visit the store. Drawback is that it is difficult to leave without making a purchase as everything is of such good quality and beautifully displayed.

We visited today and were impressed as always with how friendly the whole team were. Steven was great, super helpful, knowledgeable and helped us with great interior design advice.

The staff and knowledge

As long as one does not have a timescale then the furniture is good. I have furnished my whole home over past eighteen months. There have been broken lights and split cushions. All have been replaced without question. I am now waiting for a Long Island sofa which is being replaced. Told delivery early September but now December !
If it is not in stock do not purchase. They offer dates to get an order but cannot meet those dates. I have been getting same excuses for twelve months.Shop was excellent but Head Office a disaster.

First time visiting the Neptune store in York, and was not disappointed. A beautiful store, and great, customer service, another visit planned very soon.

Delivery was 3 days early and the guys delivering the chairs took great care and took away all of the packaging

PISTED IN ERROR FOR WRONG NEPTUNE!! Lovely meal as always here. Staff welcoming and friendly. Sam the manager was, as ever, accommodating and Sadie our waitress was delightful, helpful and definitely went above and beyond. The good was good. Salad bar stocked up and fresh. A favourite when we come down to Bournemouth to visit my son.

Had nothing but great experiences every purchase. From shopping to delivery to enjoying my home.... still very definitely my favourite shop!!

I recently purchased cushion covers to replace my 10 year old ones on my Neptune sun loungers. I had a bit of an issue with one cover. Neptune’s service was absolutely excellent. As soon as e mailed they phoned me to explain what would happen following my e mail. They kept me fully updated and explained clearly why the issue had occurred. They then replaced the cushion covers as a good will gesture, with no argument. The service was second to none. The staff in the Bournemouth store are an absolute delight to work with. In today’s world you rarely get such an efficient, polite and customer centred company. Their products are outstanding. They may cost a little bit more but they are worth every penny as my garden furniture is now 10 years old, is out all year round in a sea front location and looks perfect still. I can’t praise Neptune enough for their products, their excellent staff and their amazing customer service. Thank you Neptune.

Great delivery service from Neptune from start to finish with unpacking and assembling of furniture and disposing of lots of packaging delivery crew were very polite curtious and very helpful would definitely be purchasing from Neptune again

Poor, disjointed customer service. Real staff retention issues that were felt by the customer.

We’ve always had exceptional service from the staff at Bournemouth which is why we go back time after time even though they are not the closest store to us. This time we bought the Boscombe Bistro table and chairs for the decking outside our garden room. We couldn’t be happier with the design and quality and are now enjoying morning coffee in the sunshine.
