Very helpful

Everything went according to plan. Lee and Dean delivered my sofa spot on time and with no fuss. Timing exactly as predicted. Great quality Olivia sofa. Everyone comments on how good it looks. No pushy sales stuff, which was a relief. They let you look around without harassing you.

The service and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

I loved the presentation and the use of natural products. Good to have the furniture and accessories put together to create beautiful rooms

Really impressed by everyone from Neptune. Tahirah did an amazing job in the entire design process and Neil and his team were great in getting the kitchen installed. We are super happy with the results and are now having another room in the house designed and installed. If you are looking for top quality kitchen design and installation then would thoroughly recommend Neptune, they really seemed to care about providing the perfect solution based on what we were after and attention to detail and great communication throughout was really refreshing and really appreciated. Thanks to all and looking forward to the next project.

We’ve just had a Chichester kitchen fitted into our newly renovated home and to say we’re thrilled would be an understatement. We dealt with Rachel, and from beginning to end she’s been amazing. She totally understood my brief and came up with some beautiful designs for us. She was patient and very understanding when I had my indecisive moments, and came up with a design that I couldn’t be happier with. The fitting process was also just as impressive, and our fitter Aaron was a perfectionist. The quality of the product and the customer service has been outstanding and choosing Neptune was the best decision we made. I genuinely can’t thank them enough.

I bought kitchen taps from the shop rather than online and they arrived within seven working days and I got a phone call to say they were in. Very good service from the women who work there.

We chose Neptune to redesign our living room as their sofas were the best we had seen.
Our room designer, Harriet was absolutely outstanding from beginning to end. She took time to get to know us and as a consequence her room design was excellent and reflected the style of our house and our likes and dislikes. She was also incredibly flexible about including some of our treasured pieces that we wanted to keep.
She managed the project efficiently from beginning to end and absolutely everything happened, such as the paint delivery for the decorators, on the dates we agreed and without fuss.
The delivery guys were excellent, Harriet joined them on installation day to style the room and we are thrilled with it. It has transformed our space and it is comfy, cosy and homely. We are impressed with the quality of all the furniture.
I cannot fault Neptune and their staff, throughout our experience they were efficient and professional, they communicated with us throughout the process up to letting you know when they are 30 minutes away from delivery and all in all it was a lovely stress free experience. We are really thrilled with our new room.

I don't live near the store so I called to ask advice on the colours on some of the products before I placed an order. Elenor answered and was so helpful, she went around the store checking things so me. She couldn't have been more helpful. I was so grateful it saved me a 5 hour return trip! Thank you so much

Harriet recently helped us with the design for our bedroom, she was so friendly and from our first meeting we knew that she was going to get it right! She took on all of our ideas as well and opening our eyes to ideas/colours we hadn’t thought of. Harriet was professional from start to finish and even came to set everything thing up on the final day, which was flawless. The end result is absolutely stunning and we couldn’t be happier. We would recommend using Harriet and will definitely be using her again ourselves.

We used Neptune kitchen design service in Bristol for our new kitchen. The finish is wonderful and the quality is outstanding. The attention to detail by the designers was so reassuring. We are so delighted by our kitchen we wish we had done it sooner.

Great design (Harriet in Bristol) and great furniture. All available on our order was delivered today ready for Christmas. Lee and Craig who delivered and built the furniture onsite were excellent and could not do enough to make sure everything was perfect before leaving. They made sure to inform me about care for the products and to call if there any issues. All along design to delivery excellent. Great products basically getting what you pay for which is quality and service.

Store inviting, beautiful displays, helpful staff and always tempted by the gorgeous goods. Ha,ha think we would actually like to move in and live in any part it is such a wonderful atmosphere.

My wife and I were struggling to come up with a design solution for the downstairs of our property in West Cornwall. We wanted a much more contemporary but classic feel to our living area, dining room, hall and landing. Having visited various Neptune stores over the past 12 months and really liking what we saw, we approached the Bristol branch with a view to using their interior design service and were assigned the wonderful Harriet Martin. Harriet conducted an initial video call with us followed by a home visit where she listened carefully to our thoughts and assessed the room for aspect, light and layout. Approximately a month later we visited the Store for the design ‘reveal’ and were blown away with the costed proposals Harriet had put together, which looked elegantly fabulous. Now, some 3 months later, the building and decorating work is complete, the furniture outfit has been delivered, all overseen in person by Harriet, and we simply could not be more delighted with the outcome. We were particularly pleased to be guided through the whole design, order and delivery process, total patience with any changes along the way, and a first class customer service. Harriet has been a star.

We recently had Harriet, the interior designer, help us with ideas to revamp our lounge. Absolutely delighted by how it now looks. Very collaborative and took into account our ideas too. Harriet and all members of staff at the store were always extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Excellent at keeping us informed re delivery of various orders. The delivery chaps were helpful, polite and punctual.
Thoroughly recommend Neptune.
