Beautiful show room - so inviting and we found two beautiful items and a rug that we knew would suit our new kitchen. Ordered and delivered shortly after- all look great. We’re so pleased !

Beautiful store with lovely furniture…
Beautiful store with lovely furniture and friendly helpful staff. We ordered a dining table which arrived within a week and is stunning. We also ordered 8 dining chairs which needed to be made bespoke because of our fabric choice. We were told these chairs would take 12 weeks which we accepted. They actually took nearly 5 months and we had to pay in full up front! I had to repeatedly chase them and I found communication a bit lacking. However the chairs are beautiful and we are very pleased with them.

The service we received was excellent
The service we received was excellent. On delivery the driver and colleague were helpful in setting up up our TV etc.
My only concern was that we were unable to see the corner TV unit before purchase in any store within reason. Fortunately, the product was as expected and of the high quality.

Although expensive Neptune products have a quality difficult to access elsewhere. The staff at the Canterbury branch were just so lovely and the whole ordering process was a breeze as too was the whole delivery service. Neptune kept my order for quite some time as I was not ready to receive it immediately . as it was no bother to them . I’ll be back

Dream kithcen
Neptune Canterbury have just signed off the Chichester kitchen that they recently installed for me. I am absolutely thrilled with it. I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it in the showroom.
The quality of the kitchen is outstanding! The attention to detail is really meticulous.
Lovely Lily-Ella Davies was my kitchen designer and has been a real star from the very beginning.She is a real credit to the company. James Booth was my project manager and made sure that everything was organised with precision & the minimum of fuss, nothing was too much trouble. They have really looked after me from start to finish. I would like to thank fitters Andy & Chris and also Lee who did a perfect job hand painting the finished cabinets.
If you are looking for a top quality stunning kitchen provided by a company that really care about their customers, then Neptune is the place to go. Five star service and unsurpassed quality with a warm welcome. I love my beautiful new kitchen and will cherish it over the years to come.

Sink leaks
Sink leaks. After several attempts to get it right now Neptune says it up to my plumber. And they have sent the part which does not work
Quooker does not work. No one came or even phoned to see if it was all gone well. I find this terribly disappointing

I am sorry to have heard you had issues with your Quooker tap and a leaky sink.
I do hope from your visit from James yesterday you now feel reassured that the Quooker has now been correctly set up and producing lovely sparkling water, and the sink is in hand with your plumber who has created a temporary fix whilst he is waiting on a part to connect it all correctly.
James mentioned you are delighted with the Kitchen, and hope you have many years of enjoying it.

I love everything about the Neptune
I love everything about the Neptune store in Canterbury. From my very first experience to present day. The staff are an absolute pleasure always greeted with an hello, and a smile.
My recent purchase was handled perfectly and the member of staff guided me through each process including when I might expect delivery. The Montague bar stools arrived and they were unboxed for me by the very pleasant driver. I checked the stools whilst the driver waited. The driver took all the packaging away for me. They were perfect in every way and are now in my kitchen and I am delighted. Thank you and will be visiting again very soon
