Neptune - Cheltenham レビュー 

Lovely shop to meander around. Smells lovely which makes a relaxing atmosphere and a joy to do some Christmas shopping! Actually purchased some lights which have now been delivered and are beautiful. Excellent quality.

We have been working with Florence from the Cheltenham store for a number of months now in the design of a new home and she is amazing. She is so calm and professional but so friendly and oozes enthusiasm. She has come up with the most wonderful ideas and plans for us and things we would never have thought of. She was on site for all the delivery and made the house look incredible. The delivery team were fantastic too - nothing was too much trouble. Definitely made the right decision to use Neptune.

We worked with Florence to design our home. Florence dedicated time to answer queries and supported us throughout our journey and has left us with a wonderful space for us to enjoy. She really captured our style and challenged our thinking, we really loved working with Neptune and will be using design services again!

Ordered Edinburgh lamp table from the Cheltenham store. A reliable quick service, table arrived on day and time organised by Neptune. Am really pleased with the table and already had compliments on how it looks. Thanks Neptune.

Well, we have visited Neptune in Cheltenham on many occasions over the past 2 years and purchased a great cross section of items. Without fail on every visit we are warmly welcomed and all the team in the store are friendly and very knowledgeable. Our most recent visit was no exception.
One of the beauties of the Neptune store is the whole way it is merchandised, you can take time, if you want, to brouse and get inspiration and ideas from the room sets and colours used. Neptune regularly update and change their store look so there are always fresh ideas on display to consider.
The standard of customer service in all respects, even if there is a very rare hi-cup cannot be surpassed and must be the envy of others in the industry. Looking forward to our next visit.

My lovely new Henley kitchen is now complete. The Neptune team were great to work with and I am thrilled with the outcome. The space was challenging but the designer was determined to find a solution for me. You need to be aware that you will need to arrange and co-ordinate the various trades around their fitter which can be challenging and an additional cost to the project.

First of all I have to say that the kitchen is beautiful and of excellent quality! Patsy at Cheltenham produced a superb design that really reflects the 'Georgian' feel that I was looking for.
Negatives: I was advised to get the wrong integrated fridge and cooker hood parts which meant a lot of sending stuff back - thanks John Lewis for your patience especially the day before delivery. Plus the cupboard that was made to fit my microwave/combination oven (that cost me £450) was made too shallow. Of course Neptune offered to buy me a replacement but the only one that would fit was a basic microwave (valued at £100). I did ask if they would make up the value with vouchers or even a discount on something but have heard nothing....so I do feel a bit disgruntled about that!

Beautiful store and very helpful staff. Top end quality furnishings, paint and home ware. Their paint is better than other top brands and is competitively price. The store where ideas are born and beautiful homes are made.

We had a new kitchen fitted by Neptune and had excellent service throughout. The kitchen designer (Patsy) was very impressive and I chose Neptune because of the ideas she suggested. Kitchen fitter (Carl) was brilliant with great attention to detail and he really went above and beyond. Everything was overseen by John, the Project Manager, who kept in touch throughout the whole process. We are absolutely thrilled with our new kitchen.

Beautifully designed and very well made furniture. A thoughtful, professional company to deal with. Helpful advice throughout the process from the staff in the Cheltenham store. Very good delivery and white glove service.

Absolutely love the design, neutral colourings and quality of the products. Best of all LOVE the free reusable bags with purchase.

We visited first and asked for help which was given with a smile and a helpfulness. We paid for a home vist after we had returned to discuss itmes we liked or disliked. The visit was first class and followed by our home visit to measure up. We returned to Cheltenham shop to go through again for both our living room and master bedroom. The presentation pack was amazing. Everything was order and an approx delivery time given which was kept. The person who looked after us came to us at home for the delivery and also brought other accesories,many of which we kept.
We did not want to visit numerous shops as we live a long way away from our new home and wanted a one stop shop to select and have help and delivery. Other than one small problem with delivery everything worked as promised to us.
We wouldn't hesitate to reccomend Neptune to anyone wanting to furnish a home.

We had a very good experience instore (Cheltenham) and subsequently ordering. There was a long leadtime to get the armchair (which we had been told about) and were told it was a few days longer. Then it was booked in and delivered when they said it would be.

We have very much enjoyed visiting the Cheltenham store. Neptune's furniture and accessories are just perfect and the staff could not do enough to help and advise us. In particular we want to mention the lovely Florence, our interior designer. She has been a treasure trove of good advice and a model of patience with us! We have no hesitation in recommending the store, its wares and its staff as we have had an excellent all round experience with them.

First of all the cushions are great - well made and look lovely but the whole delivery schedule was chaotic. I ordered chair dining room chair seat cushions in January - 10 of them, paying up front as usual. We were told it would be April for delivery which was fine and we had a couple of emails with revised dates - first into May, then back to 11th April, then 26th April. then it all went quiet. 26th April came and went and there was no update. I did receive an email asking me to complete this survey about customer satisfaction with my goods - which as i had not received them was tricky! So I sent an email at the end of the first week in May. I did receive an email back within 24 hours and to say the cushions would be ready the following Friday. They could not be guaranteed for a morning slot so it was arranged for the following working day. Parking is tricky where we live so i said a first drop would be best, which i was told would happen but in the end it was over lunchtime. It just all felt a little out of control. A year ago we had similar issues with the dining room chairs being delivered - we had to issue an ultimatum - but thought that covid and Brexit were the issues so did not moan. This time i was more disappointed - especially when the communication started so well with revised dates etc.
I really like Neptune furniture and it is a shame that the communication is not slightly better.
